Do you need a new keyboard? I wouldn't be shocked if Verizon higher-ups don't want to pay for one for someone in support. I can DM, but if it's anything less than getting the old bill back to normal in < 30 minutes and not selling me, please don't waste my time.

Absolutely horrible @Verizon service, which I know, ain't shocking. Tried to change the primary phone line on family plan. Rep had us transfer service, which lost all to our discounts. Follow up rep said nothing can be done. Just, top-notch service.
