No blocking. I'm happy to engage if people have different points of view. Draw the line at abuse.
It's not an obsession about HIM specifically. I just wanted SOMEONE to do what he did - build foundations, recognise the cultural issues, act on it. Even if it took time and pain.
He's just in focus for people now because of United's position and how recent it was. They dropped the ball on someone who was willing to call out the bullshit that has been holding United back for years, which is so obvious now. Everyone acknowledges it's not the manager's fault, finally.
I was saying a year ago that it was just necessary pain to get through and people were hounding him out for issues they don't even bat an eyelid at now - where's the minutes for the youth players, etc?
Now United have a guy in there that's too nice and doing way worse than Amorim ever did when he was the worst manager in history. It's double standards. He's talking in more depth about his relationship with the fans than what the team is doing wrong!
You may notice a lot of what I'm saying about what Amorim was bringing I'm asking for in Conte. Who I think United should bring in ASAP.
People are conflating. It's not about AMORIM. It's about SOMEONE to do the job I think needs to be done.

Alice, you're the idiot and also a hypocrite.. I'm waiting for you to say these same things about Michael Carrick or are you just trying to shift the blame to the players??
Which of the players has Carrick improved and why's he not playing everyone in their positions?

Seems to me if you're an ex player in charge there's zero accountability. But if you're a foreign coach just outside the top 4 playing a back 3 demanding standards you're a criminal to football and must be removed.

Also you have to applaud Glineos. Stick an ex player up as a manager and no matter how bad he is the fans won't turn on him so they stay protected
🚨 FUN FACT:
🇵🇹 15th under Amorim — “Worst manager in Manchester United history. Get him out!”
🏴 16th under Carrick — “Club legend. Give him time. He knows United DNA.”
One was crucified for results while the other gets excuses because he’s a former player with a British passport. The hypocrisy is absolutely staggering. 🤡
It’s absolutely mental the protection Carrick is getting with a record of 1 win from 9 games and he’s apparently completely blameless. I’d dread to see the difference in narrative if a foreign manager was in charge….

Carrick inherited a team in 6th, just 3 points off the top four, and could leave us battling relegation.
Meanwhile, the manager who took over in 14th and got us up to 6th is somehow remembered as the worst manager in United’s history.
This is how propaganda works guys 🤣🤣

"He loves the club, what has that got to do with it!?" 🤔
Is Carrick's connection to Man United enough? Roy isn't convinced... 🔴
Absolutely spot on Roy 👍👌🏻
🚨🗣️ Roy Keane on Man United:
"They were getting results last year and then all of a sudden everyone said he should get the job because of results.
And now they’re not getting results, it’s Wilcox, it’s the board, it’s somebody else, but Michael Carrick and his coaches, they’re still the lucky boys to be at United, but they need to grow a pair and start getting results."

If it is indeed the case that all this is purely down to the players being shit and not trying and none of it is actually Carricks fault then is it also fair to say when we finished 3rd last season that was purely down to certain players and nothing to do with Carrick either..?

Those who wanted Amorim gone last year, when United were 6th, level with 5th & 3 pts off 4th.
Do you think about that situation differently now knowing United are 16th with the players downing tools and another manager on the brink of the sack within 10 months?
Last season every problem was the managers fault, no mention of the owners. This season nothing is the managers fault, it’s all the players/owners. Carrick did a wonderful job the 2nd half of last season, but this season he should apportion no blame. Make it make sense.

If it were a foreign coach they would be dissecting his tactics everyday. Saying he doesn’t understand the premier league. I’m so tired of being treated like an idiot by the media.

Last season these 'fans' backed the players and blamed Amorim.
Now they blame the same players but back Carrick?
Why? Because it's United heritage. The same heritage that has buried this club in the ground.
Jose said it beautifully in a presser at United.

Bloody hypocrite, this guy...
No major surprise after the events of the last few weeks. Another good man down at #MUFC but far deeper issues remain.

🚨 HISTORY IN THE MAKING.
With AC Milan's 2-0 win over Udinese, Rúben Amorim has equalled a 70-year-old club record.
The Portuguese manager is now unbeaten in his first 8 Serie A matches, matching Héctor Puricelli's achievement from 1955.
Now, only one man stands above him.
Luis Carniglia's legendary run of 13 unbeaten league games from 1963 is the final milestone left to conquer.
Five more matches without defeat... and Amorim will write his name into AC Milan history. 🔴⚫
