Big season coming for Richie! 📈
One of the most athletic and high twitch athletes I’ve ever coached. Coaches looking for an outfielder that knows how to cover ground - he’s a 2027 to look out for!

Wrapping up our final week with our high school players before their spring season starts. Excited to see how all our their hard work pays off!
We spent the off-season working on not only strengthening the physical part of the game, but the mental side too #FailAggressively

Challenged our high school players with some breaking balls off the machine last night. Fun seeing them make adjustments each round and catching some barrels!
It’s not as easy as it looks, but nothing a couple nasal breaths and physical resets can’t fix! @teams_elite @RPJ1317

Development is more than mechanics. It’s emotional control.🧠
Through measurable feedback and hands-on coaching from Silva and Nick, he’s learning how to adjust without pressing and compete pitch by pitch.

Sure getting texts from parents about how their son went 4-4 or hit a home run are cool, but this... this is why I coach. I’ve seen so many youth coaches be so hard on kids they lose interest in the game. Create an environment where players can develop and have fun doing it!
It’s an honor to be named to the All Decade Team. I would not have became the player I was without the LP Baseball staff and the guys I had the privilege to play with. LP Baseball truly brought out my love for the game. I’m thankful I got to be part of such a great program!
