Fact checking RFKJ is nauseating because in just a few sentences he made multiple false statements of fact, predicated upon even bigger false assumptions, AND used extremely politicized language, including:
Three months isn't 15 weeks -it's 13.
Testing for some of the most serious defects and conditions can't even be done until after 15 weeks.
Fetal viability doesn't happen until 24 weeks at the absolute earliest- and even then only with a survival rate of 40% and a disability rate of 80%.
Women don't "abort a child;" they terminate a pregnancy.
Also, per the reporter and the transcript, RFKJ lied about what he said afterward.
