Sometimes I forget how different men and women are until my boyfriend wears the new jacket I got him to work and I ask him “did the other guys compliment your jacket”
No poder cambiarle el nombre a Link es un precio por pagar para tener actuación de voz donde le puedan llamar por su nombre. A mí me parece bien la verdad.

As I grew up I became more critical of Ocarina of Time, it's great to see that this remake has addressed a lot of the issues I had with the original, and I'm super excited for the future of this series that I strayed away from as I became older, and now have re-found passion for

I am convinced if Harry Potter had been a girl instead of a boy, not a single boy/man would've read it.
Women read novels with male protagonists all the time. Men, on the other hand, refuse to read or watch anything with a female lead bc theyve been taught hate anything feminine
Young boys are being discouraged from getting into reading—and it’s because more books are missing one key element, @sophiah_n reports: theatlantic.com/culture/2026…

It IS kinda wild that the main line Zelda games actually adopted those symbols from Oracle of Ages, a handheld third party Zelda game
It feels like something that'd never happen these days

The funny thing about "people should hire theater actors for English dubs" is that over half of the actors in the English dubbing industry these days DO have theater experience
Many were in plays or did on-camera roles
Y'all would know that if you actually researched things 😂

For many years I’ve had an unfathomable hatred for Stephen Fry, a disgusting, odious freak. The worst of an old school type of smug British cunt. I’m so happy the tide has turned on him.

Biggest point I'm not seeing in this discourse is that Ocarina of Time INVENTED a lot of these puzzle structures, which later games took inspiration from & iterated upon. Sure, having played it before can't be ignored. But that's not all.

Also it’s unhealthy and unsustainable to maintain a cultural norm where men only get physical affection within a romantic relationship, not least of which because it leads to them misinterpreting innocently platonic gestures as flirtatious and creeping the person out as a result

For those who don't know, the lady said "You'd sell your mama for a dime" and he crumbled immediately. I'd say his soul was read up and down if he actually had one.

My understanding of OoT fans is that there is a version of the game in their head that isn’t what the game actually is and the remake knocks this open and makes people really mad
they think it’s some gritty depressing “quiet sadness of Mario Galaxy” and not, like,
Dragon Quest

When I first saw this clip I thought she was referring to Charlie’s favorite brand of hot sauce. But no, as it turns out they are selling Kirk Hot Sauce for $8.99.
Something a lot of people don’t realise is “men are inherently evil” is literally just “boys will be boys” but make it ✨feminist✨ It takes away the responsibility men have when they terrorise women by painting it as nature instead of it being a CHOICE.

Microsoft discovered most users never use 80% of the functionality. They had the idea they could market a 20% stripped down version. When they began talking to users they quickly discovered that yes, most users only use ~20% of the functionality, but they all use a different 20%.
There’s a thing that goes on in the discourse where it’s very easy to dismiss things that aren’t important to you. Like, if there were some debate in knitting, I could just dismiss the entire thing by saying, “knitting actually isn’t important and you should all shut up and stop knitting and we should just ban knitting so nobody ever has to hear about this.”
In fact, I could do this with like 90% of everything. And so could you. And so could everybody else.
We just wouldn’t agree on the 90%.
Recognizing this fact, and realizing that it means that you’re going to have to come up with better and more convincing arguments than, “this thing is unimportant” demonstrates a bare minimum level of maturity.
