Feb 21, 2013: seven weeks after the XRP Ledger went live, a wallet was activated and named Fuzzybear.
New Year’s Day 2014: it offered 1 XRP for 1 BTC.
That order became a symbol for a community that has grown to 20k+ members. @SagarCBO on @fuzzy_xrp, the quiet years, and why we’re saying thank you at @RippleSwell week 2026.

So it begins.
Fuzzy just opened the gate. I've spent the evening going over it with a magnifying glass. Twenty details. Zero accidents.
1. The date. Two days ago I wrote that the 13 day grid put the next pin on October 23, and that the next stop on the map was the castle. Fuzzy posted on October 23 at 7:23 pm. Now look at the right door. A brass plaque: ♏ · XXIII · X. The twenty third of October, in his own hand.
2. The castle. Bottom left corner of the map says Castle Perseverance. Carved in stone above this gate: PERSEVERE. Same place. We are standing at the door. And The Castle of Perseverance is also one of the oldest surviving plays in English, from the early 1400s, and its staging plan is a castle drawn inside a circle. Now look at how the trail on the map circles.
3. Under PERSEVERE, smaller: SEMPER · SEPTENTRIO. Latin. Semper means ever. Septentrio means north. Ever North. Evernorth. The company holding 473 million XRP that teased Swell with a bear emoji now has its name carved over Fuzzy's gate in Latin.
4. It goes deeper. Septentrio comes from septem triones, the seven plough oxen, the Roman name for the seven stars of the Great Bear. The Latin word for north is literally the bear's stars. Ever North means always the Bear.
5. The scales and the scorpion. Top of the right door, a set of scales beside XII · X. Below it, the Scorpio sign beside XXIII · X. Libra ends on October 22. Scorpio begins on October 23. The scales hand over to the scorpion on the exact day the gate opens. And scales are justice. Years of courtroom, and that season is marked as finished.
6. XXVI · X. Look at the corner of that plaque. There is a full moon pressed into the brass. The full moon falls on October 26. October's full moon is the Hunter's Moon, the one that follows the Harvest Moon. The Harvest Moon, September 26, was the clock in the Consurgimus decode.
7. And October 26 is FuzzyCon in New York. The day the bears gather, the night before Swell opens, under a full moon. Fuzzy put the date of his own gathering on the castle door, with the moon already in it.
8. V · XI · XIII. The fifth of November, then XIII. Thirteen. Count thirteen days forward from today and you land on November 5. The plaque gives you the next pin and the step size in the same breath.
9. The fifth of November is the one date England has been told to remember, remember for over four hundred years. 1605. The night a plot against Parliament was meant to bring the old house down.
10. Top of the left door: I · I · MM. The first of January, with the year left unfinished. The Fuzzy Bear wallet went live on the XRP Ledger on the first of January 2013, and a year later to the day it posted one XRP for one BTC on the native DEX. The door starts where the ledger trail starts.
11. The left door is also a diary of this week. XIX · X, the nineteenth, the day @XRP got its own account and Brad wrote this one has been a long time coming. Two plaques down, XXI · X, hung right beside a golden clock.
12. The last plaque, bottom right: X · I · MMXX. The tenth of January. It is the only plaque on either door where the year is buried under the sparks. Every other date shows. That one doesn't.
13. The key. A golden key hangs on the left door. @FootittJr caught it: that key was lying on a table outside the castle in the @bearableguy123 scene. It was left out. Now it's in the door. Somebody picked it up.
14. The bell. A golden bell on the right door with three green lights hanging under it. @ZaiKee17 said it best: green means go. Three greens, and a bell at the gate, the week before Swell, in the city that rings an opening bell every morning.
15. The torches. The left one burns orange. The right one burns green. Old fire and new fire, either side of the same gate.
16. Phoenix on the left medallion, ouroboros on the right. One rises from its own ashes. The other is a serpent eating its own tail, the end that is also the beginning. There is a place on the map called The End of the Beginning. And the caption is So it begins.
17. So it begins is written across both doors in blue ink, again and again. It's the line Théoden speaks at the gate of Helm's Deep as the siege starts. Beside it, over and over: They will ask why. The same words are written near the wreck on the map.
18. Look at where They will ask why is scratched onto the left door. Over a burn mark shaped like Brazil, and the replies caught it 🇧🇷. Brazil's securities depository has already begun mirroring fund ownership records on the XRP Ledger. They will ask why.
19. The wall. Left of the gate the stone is covered in hundreds of scratched marks, like prisoners counting days. In among them: DLXXXIX. Five hundred, fifty, thirty, nine. 589.
20. And Fuzzy himself. On the map he was a traveller. Here he wears the red cloak Roman commanders wore into the field, with the legion's golden eagle shining behind his raised paw. A triskelion brooch at his shoulder, the sixth force from the promo cards. Roman generals carried Medusa's face on their armour to turn enemies to stone. Fuzzy wears his own grin, in gold, on his belt, with a sealed card tucked beside it. One paw raised in greeting. The other pointing straight at you.
The traveller arrived at the castle and came out a general.
None of this is proof. That's exactly the point.
Now it's your turn. There are hundreds of marks scratched into that wall and more on those doors than any one person can catch. Tell me in the comments what you see that I missed. The best finds get credited in the next one.
The surface never changed. Only the ability to see beneath it did.
Stay fuzzy. 🐻

6) My quick little digging round on FUZZY looks like it was merely a tribute to my dex order from 2014, yes I was the one that placed it. I feel honored to have been inspiration and I wish you all the best with your project

Today is an interesting day. Most stuff is still developing. So, I did some fun stuff:
$Fuzzy loves lore. I like on-chain data. It’s lore with numbers and trails you can actually follow. Impressed by today’s HUGE 125k XRP whale buy, I asked @herbertxrpl to dig into the wallet behind it.
No judgment, no accusations, no assumptions about who’s behind it. I simply found the wallet and the execution interesting enough to take a closer look.
