Every leverage product sends a bill. Almost none tell you who really pays it.
Hidden funding rates, swap fees, a slow decay: the invoice exists, just buried.
@2FactorFinance shows its books.
• Risk is cut into two perpetual tranches
• Senior: the shielded slice, where the junior's fee winds up
• Junior: the boosted portion, with no liquidation trigger and nobody hedging against it
Common setups are priced off shorting costs. Here the basis is stable yield, cheaper and calmer.
Each asset receives a custom multiple of its own from its trend speed and how wildly it swings. Bitcoin, near 60 percent volatility, lands right around 1.33x; stocks, at 16 to 19%, run past 3x. Base is the home; the crypto leg is on testnet.
Season One, in plain terms:
• Earned through checked actions: writing, studying, inviting
• Balances score zero too
• The program closes at launch, freezing the board
• The leading ten ranks share 1 BTC, paid as cbBTC: 18.2% for first, 1.8% for tenth
Marks hold no cash value, can't move across accounts and do not represent ownership of any token.
What I'm watching: whether the geared side survives a long slump. That is the only test that matters.
Drop a single number: the most gearing that coin can carry for a decade without fading. The design already has one; poke it. Best case earns a reply from me.

Crypto privacy has a structural flaw.
Protecting data usually means sacrificing the ability to prove what is true.
Hide everything, and counterparties cannot verify claims, assess risk, or establish trust.
Reveal everything, and sensitive financial data becomes a liability.
Institutions will not expose their full position just to participate onchain.
Neither extreme scales.
The real breakthrough is making data useful without making it visible.
Proving sufficient collateral without disclosing the portfolio.
Verifying compliance without exposing identity.
Computing risk on encrypted financial data without decrypting it.
That is the difference between simply hiding information and making privacy compatible with verification, computation, and accountability.
This is the problem @primus_labs is solving, using zero-knowledge proofs and fully homomorphic encryption to keep private data both verifiable and computable.
The implications go beyond confidentiality. They point toward financial systems where sensitive information stays protected while the facts required for decisions can still be established.
Privacy should not force a choice between confidentiality and trust. It should make both possible.
That is the infrastructure onchain finance needs.

Good to see @MEXC takes user security seriously and teamed up on something that gets people checking themselves before it costs them.

Conventional leverage products are structurally constrained by liquidation thresholds and decay over time due to volatility drag and financing costs. This limits their utility to short-term speculation rather than long-term holding.
@2FactorFinance approaches this differently. The protocol partitions an asset's volatility into two perpetual tranches:
A senior tranche with deep downside protection
A junior tranche offering capital-efficient leverage with no liquidation risk
This mechanism is volatility-specific, not asset-specific. At ~60% BTC volatility, the productive leverage band closes early, which is why the junior tranche targets ~1.33x. At 16-19% equity volatility, the band extends past 3x. Bitcoin is the hardest test case, not the final destination.
2Factor is now live on Base, working with Coinbase to bring Kelly-optimized leverage onchain for their tokenized stocks ecosystem. BTC markets are currently on testnet.
Points Program - Season 1:
I've joined the program. Season 1 focuses on social activities, education, and referrals. The top 10 leaderboard positions will split 1 BTC (paid in cbBTC) on a fixed rank curve (18.2% at rank 1 down to 1.8% at rank 10).
Important: Marks are earned only through verified actions. No purchase, deposit, or holding qualifies. Marks have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not represent a claim on any token.

The top 10 split 1 BTC. But that doesn’t mean everyone gets 0.1 BTC.
That’s an important detail about @2FactorFinance’s Points Program.
First place receives 18.2% of the prize pool. Tenth place receives 1.8%. Same leaderboard, very different payouts.
I actually joined the program earlier, followed the account and completed some activities.
But when I understood how competitive those ten winning spots were, I stepped back.
So if I’m telling people about it again, I’d rather explain exactly what they’re participating in.
Season 1 rewards three kinds of verified actions:
• Social activities
• Education tasks
• Referrals
These activities earn Marks, not guaranteed BTC prizes.
Purchases, deposits and holdings earn no Marks. The Marks themselves have no cash value, cannot be transferred and aren’t claims on any token or asset.
When Season 1 ends at the full protocol launch, the leaderboard freezes. The top 10 eligible accounts share the 1 BTC prize pool, paid in cbBTC, according to the fixed ranking curve.
There’s also a product behind the competition.
2Factor’s public beta is live on Base, bringing Kelly-optimized leverage onchain while working with Coinbase toward applications in its tokenized stocks ecosystem.
Rather than assigning every asset the same leverage multiple, the protocol considers volatility and long-run drift. Its senior and junior tranche structure also changes how leveraged exposure is financed, although market risks remain.
For me, understanding the actual competition matters as much as knowing the headline prize.
If you’re eligible and interested in participating, you can explore the Points Program through my link. If eligible myself, I may earn Marks from qualifying referrals.

Would knowing that first place gets over ten times the prize allocation of tenth place change how you approach the leaderboard?

Moving an asset onchain changes where it settles, not how its risk compounds over time.
Tokenization solved distribution, but it did not solve capital structure.
Look at Coinbase’s tokenized stocks ecosystem on Base.
Over a 30 day window, decentralized exchange trading volume crossed $1 billion as the lineup expanded from four tickers to ten.
Demand for trading equities onchain is clear.
Yet tokenized equities inherited traditional market hours without inheriting market makers or a financing architecture built for long horizon holders.
When I evaluate leveraged structures, the core problem is why conventional designs fail anyone holding beyond a few days.
Two separate forces compound against long term positions:
1. Volatility drag: The pure mathematics of compounding.
Daily resets create a widening gap between average daily price movement and cumulative account performance.
2. Financing drag: The ongoing capital cost charged by institutions supplying the exposure.
Choosing a lower multiple does not fix expensive financing and reducing financing costs does not remove the arithmetic of volatility.
A structure built for months or years has to solve both.
@2FactorFinance public beta is now live on Base, working alongside Coinbase’s ecosystem to bring Kelly optimized leverage onchain and offer a practical long term holding use case for tokenized stocks.
Instead of pricing leverage against the cost of short sellers, 2Factor segments an asset's volatility into two perpetual tranches:
• Senior tranche: Supplied by capital providers seeking stable, predictable compensation paired with deep downside protection.
• Junior tranche: Provides capital efficient leveraged exposure with no liquidation risk and no external hedging counterparty, paying the funding premium that supports the senior side.
Based on 2Factor’s calculations, sourcing leverage from stability focused capital cuts the all in cost of holding a leveraged single stock position by roughly 75 percent compared with conventional structures.
Sizing the exposure is equally critical.
Applying an arbitrary 2x or 3x label across every market ignores how volatility erodes compounding. Where an asset's long run drift outpaces both volatility drag and financing drag, a productive band of leverage exists.
Using Kelly optimized leverage, 2FactorFinance measures the target multiple directly from each asset’s volatility and drift:
• Bitcoin (~60% volatility): The productive band closes early at roughly 1.33x, which explains why conventional 2x and 3x BTC products decay over long horizons.
• S&P 500 (~16% to 19% volatility): Targets roughly 2.1x, with the productive band for equities extending past 3x.
• Gold: Targets roughly 2.35x.
Bitcoin was the hardest proving ground for this mechanism; tokenized stocks on Base are where volatility segmentation scales.
I joined the 2Factor Finance Points Program in Season 1 to track this rollout and examine the mechanism in practice.
The program rewards participants with Marks strictly for completing verified actions, specifically social activities, education, and referrals.
Buying, depositing, or holding assets earns zero Marks.
When 2Factor Finance officially launches, the Season 1 leaderboard freezes.
The top 10 accounts on the leaderboard split a 1 BTC prize pool (paid in cbBTC) on a fixed rank curve from 18.2 percent at rank 1 down to 1.8 percent at rank 10. Marks have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a claim on any token or asset.

Most leveraged products make one decision for every asset: pick 2x or 3x and apply it to everything. That is like prescribing the same dose to everyone in the waiting room.
@2FactorFinance is built on a different idea. It uses Kelly-optimized leverage, so the multiple is sized to each asset's own behavior. For Bitcoin that lands near 1.33x, which looks almost too modest until you see the reasoning behind it.
It is live on Base and works with Coinbase's tokenized stocks, so the same logic can extend beyond Bitcoin.
The Points Program runs alongside it. Season 1 rewards social activity, education and referrals, and no purchase or deposit is needed to take part. The top 10 on the leaderboard split 1 BTC when the season closes. Marks have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
I joined because I wanted to understand the sizing logic, not chase the prize. If you join through my link and qualify, I may earn Marks too:

I assumed Marks were a popularity contest. Then I noticed the word verified.
The first thing I did in the 2Factor Points Program was open X, read the campaign information, and post about what @2FactorFinance is building. I expected posting and engagement to carry me up the leaderboard. The emphasis on verified actions changed that. I stopped trying to stay visible and started completing the actual tasks.
What 2Factor builds is leverage meant to survive long holding periods. Volatility drag and financing drag wear leveraged holders down, so the multiple is matched to each asset: about 1.33x for Bitcoin, whose volatility near 60 percent leaves a narrow working range. It runs on Base and works with Coinbase, and tokenized stocks are a clear use case.
Season 1 Marks come from three kinds of action:
• social activity
• education
• referrals
Buying, depositing or holding earns nothing. Marks have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a claim on any token. When Season 1 ends at launch, the top 10 on the leaderboard divide 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC. That is a chance, never a guarantee.

Owing $100 meant nothing on day one. A few very quiet days later, it was everything.
A friend lent it for stocking my shop. I expected quick sales, so paying him back seemed a given.
Then customers asked prices and left empty-handed. I checked the till daily. Even a small gain came with the debt as my first thought. He never pushed me, but I carried it.
Being correct about the idea was not the problem. Having room to wait for it was.
That is the lens I used to read @2FactorFinance. It runs on Base, works with Coinbase, and brings Kelly-optimized leverage onchain, a fit for Coinbase's tokenized stocks. Two forces work against leveraged holders over time:
• volatility drag, which is pure math
• the cost of the capital behind the exposure
Most such structures get liquidated midway or decay, so they suit only short spans. 2Factor is built to hold through the delay.
Season 1 of the Points Program rewards verified actions:
• social activity
• education
• referrals

My thumb was already swiping past another rewards campaign.
Two phrases froze it midway: tokenized stocks and onchain leverage. So I clicked.
@2FactorFinance targets the cost of keeping a leveraged bet for years. A pair of forces pulls on its owner:
• the math of price moves
• the price of the capital behind it
Its fix is a distinct multiple for every instrument. Bitcoin lands near 1.33x, since swings of roughly 60 percent narrow the workable range. It operates on Base with Coinbase, a clear fit for those shares.
Next I read the Points Program fine print. Marks flow from checked tasks alone:
• posting
• studying
• inviting
Purchases, deposits and extended holds count for none. The tally is not currency, cannot change wallets, and claims no stake in a token. When Season 1 closes at launch, the ten best ranks divide 1 BTC in cbBTC. A shot, no guarantee.

I wore my friend's 3x like a borrowed coat, and it did not fit.
He called it routine, so I opened a $50 BTC long at 3x. In the opening minutes the profit sprinted and I loved it. Then the price slipped a little, and my balance sank much faster than I had braced for. I kept refreshing the chart, praying for a rebound, until I closed it out. He stays calm in moments of that kind. I couldn't.
Advice travels badly, but tolerance stays with its owner. Since then, I check whose stomach an idea was designed for.
@2FactorFinance approaches calibration the opposite way. Running on Base and teaming with Coinbase, it brings Kelly-optimized leverage onchain, a tidy match for the tokenized stocks arriving there. Each instrument gets a number made for it:
• Bitcoin, swinging around 60%: roughly 1.33x
• Equities, calmer at 16 to 19%: far beyond 3x
Behind those numbers, one half is cushioned from drops and its counterpart carries amplified gains and losses with no forced closure. They inherited trading hours without inheriting market makers, so a tailored figure gives them the structure they lacked.
I joined the Points Program, where Season 1 pays out Marks for tasks alone:
• posts
• lessons
• invitations
Money parked in the protocol scores zero. Marks aren't currency, can't change wallets, and confer no claim on a token. When the standings freeze at launch, the ten leading entrants share 1 BTC in cbBTC.

Every product got the same $200 slice. Simple, fair, and wrong. That was my restock plan, and it cost me.
Weeks later the truth showed up on my own shelves: three items vanished daily, the rest gathered dust. Money stayed frozen in what nobody wanted, while best sellers ran dry.
Oddly, that mess is the cleanest lens I use for @2FactorFinance. It lives on Base, teams up with Coinbase, and brings Kelly-optimized leverage onchain, a fitting match for Coinbase's tokenized stock world. Instead of one number for all, each asset gets the size its own behavior can bear:
• Bitcoin, at roughly 60% volatility: about 1.33x
• S&P 500, at 16 to 19%: about 2.1x
• Gold: about 2.35x
Inside, an asset's swings are cut into two tranches: a senior one with deep downside protection, and a leveraged junior one with no liquidation risk.
Season 1 of the Points Program pays only for verified actions:
• social posts
• education tasks
• referrals
That is the whole list. Nothing you put in earns Marks, and they are no claim on any token.
Ten leaderboard spots divide 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC, on a fixed curve from 18.2% for first place down to 1.8% for tenth.

in defi it is not enough for ai agents to simply make the right decisions
how those decisions are carried out and whether the entire process follows clear rules are equally important
what i find interesting about @termix_ai is its aacp
through this system one agent can hire another agent for a service and the process goes beyond simple messaging everything is handled under predefined onchain rules
looking at the process step by step
a client posts a job
- providers submit bids
- one bid gets accepted
- funds are placed in escrow
- once the work is completed delivery is recorded onchain
if any issue or disagreement comes up three randomly selected evaluators are involved in dispute resolution
the good thing here is that both sides do not have to rely only on trusting each other
there are predefined rules for payment delivery and challenges
another important part is that every agent has its own .agent identity and onchain reputation
the more work an agent completes the more information its work history provides
this makes it possible to evaluate an agent not just by its own claims but also by looking at its previous work and performance
there are some interesting use cases for defi as well
>> research on liquidity opportunities
>> treasury management and portfolio analysis
>> smart contract auditing
>> risk reports and onchain data analysis
another thing worth mentioning is the termix fee model
the platform states that its protocol fee is set at 1–3% with the goal of allowing service providers to keep a larger share of their earnings
of course having onchain rules does not eliminate every risk
smart contract vulnerabilities incorrect outputs and evaluation errors are still important concerns
but the main point for me is this
agents need more than just the ability to perform tasks
they also need a reliable system for accepting jobs delivering work resolving disputes and receiving payments
@termix_ai and aacp are trying to build exactly that kind of system
as the agent economy grows clear work rules onchain reputation and reliable payments will become even more important

Agent
