How to Talk to Someone Who Is Still Inside the Spell, “Until you understand that, every conversation will end the same way: they get defensive, you get frustrated, and the relationship takes another hit while the belief gets stronger.” by @pittparents open.substack.com/pub/pitt/p…

🚨 Breaking: After a three year battle, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust has finally changed its policy on single-sex spaces for staff to bring it in line with the law. It is amazing how simple it is! Now all NHS Trusts must urgently follow suit. Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union and lead claimant in the case, said: “This short sentence in a policy has taken women three years of fear, humiliation and extraordinary personal sacrifice to secure. “We were nurses asking for the most basic protection: somewhere private and safe to undress at work, away from members of the opposite sex. Instead of listening, the Trust told us to compromise, broaden our mindset and be more inclusive. We were forced out of our own changing room, placed in inadequate facilities, threatened with disciplinary action and made to fear for our jobs and professional careers. “Vulnerable colleagues were put under intolerable pressure. International nurses feared losing their visas. Women who had experienced domestic abuse were left distressed and afraid. Four of us were reported to our professional regulator simply for speaking publicly about what was happening. “Throughout it all, the Trust defended a policy it had been warned was unlawful. Even after the Supreme Court clarified the law, it refused to change course. It took a full tribunal judgment, an apology, damages and an enormous bill before the Trust finally wrote biological reality into its policy. “We welcome this change because it will protect women across the Trust, but it should never have required a three-year legal battle. No nurse should ever again be treated as we were for asking for dignity, privacy and safety.” See more breaking in the Daily Express and with @CConcern and the Christian Legal Centre who have supported the nurses from the beginning. express.co.uk/news/uk/226004… christianconcern.com/ccpress…

🚨Hilary Cass has called for an independent inquiry into how Brighton GPs were allowed to prescribe cross-sex hormones to children as young as 12.“There urgently needs to be an investigation of why every system that should have protected children, young people, and indeed young adults has failed,” she told me. The employment tribunal between Dr Sarah Redvers and NHS Sussex has highlighted how regulators and the NHS collectively failed to stop prescribing of puberty blockers and hormones against national guidelines - for years - and how instead the person raising concerns was accused of transphobia and herself investigated. Dr Redvers sat down with me for her only newspaper interview about her treatment in a scandal which, Cass now says, “dwarfs” that of the Tavistock’s GIDS. WHAT A SHOCKER! Beth, now Lis, causing trouble in a hospital in NSW. Well said @salltweets ‘‘A doctor who refuses to acknowledge the reality of biological sex is putting themselves and their patients in a precarious position. If it is being done to validate the doctor’s own identity, it just makes the situation even more sinister.’ A hospital staff member said: ‘It should now be very clear why Dr Upton wanted to come to work in Australia. Our laws, as they stand, mean he is regarded as a woman here. mol.im/a/16235793

Please watch. While the Conversion Practices Bill is not initially going to cover Scotland, @Scotgov have indicated they wish to adopt this Bill. Excellent debate. Get informed and speak to your MPs & MSPs to tell them the faults in this Bill & Scotland does not want it

It was always a matter of time before the male Dr that Sandie Peggie had to confront in the female changing rooms repeated his behaviour. He's now in Aus ('Lis Upton'), a country that embraces self ID. A dangerous place for female patients. @Ahpra archive.is/MeiPI

Lord Forst is absolutely correct. Any articulation of the fact biological sex exists and “gender identity” is a faith concept would become a risky thing to say if the Conversion Practices bill becomes law.
Replying to @CforWomenUK
Lord Frost on Puberty Blockers - & the impact of the draft Conversion Practices Bill. Medically align a child's body with their gender identity? "I cannot imagine circumstances in which we would ever want to do this." Thank you @DavidGHFrost 3/

Can any train nerds explain to me why trains arriving at Queen St that will turn round & go back Edinburgh, don't know which platform they are arriving at until 2 mins before they are due to leave? Is it just a way to keep everyone on edge & stop us getting complacent?

jkrowling.com/opinions/an-up… This is every bit as powerful and crystal clear as we would expect. Thank you, @jk_rowling , for everything you do for us. The women that favour gender ID over feminism will soon realise that you do it for them too, regardless. I could not love you more:

🚨 BREAKING: A male NHS nurse says he’s received four nominations for awards that celebrate women working in healthcare - including ‘Women’s Champion of the Year’. Jia Palis Amada said being “embraced as a woman” was already an award in itself. The awards are organised by emap - in association with Nursing Times. Helen Joyce of Sex Matters called the nominations “deeply insulting” to women. My latest for [Un]Captured. Link below 👇

Miller v Chief Constable @LincsPolice & @ukhomeoffice Nov 2026. High Court. Leeds I have a criminal record. For stalking. With hate markers. The victim is a former police officer, dismissed for Gross Misconduct. To clarify. This is an actual criminal record. I have a criminal record. And I was given it without being interviewed, informed, questioned, or charged; the CPS were not involved, and there was no magistrate, judge or jury. The Chief Constable just gave it to me because it is in his gift to do so. Because the Home Secretary says he can.
