Sources tell @eNCA IDAC chief investigator Dylan Perumal was admitted to the intensive care unit of an Eastern Cape hospital.
The circumstances surrounding his condition remain unclear.
IDAC says it will not be commenting on Perumal's personal and private matters.
Perumal has not appeared to give testimony at the Madlanga Commission as scheduled.
While the commission requested his appearance, he was hospitalised in late July 2026.
