Current build is finally stable.
This looks pretty damn cool

Delay on adding the fifth stack. Todayโ€™s build disengaged the system keyboard, which was interfering with the fillable reports. Created internal keyboard, locked the boot sequence down and stabilized the interface instead. A lot of debugging but the current build is rock solid.
Goal is to keep everyone happy and accessible. Iโ€™m personally happy with acoustic interface on a UV-5R, but Iโ€™m willing to concede Meshnerds want functionality. Thatโ€™s a lower priority, but weโ€™re going to add it to the layer stack.

"Anakin have you considered moving to the Outer Rim and managing a Rancor Express? Property is cheap far from the core worlds and Rancor Express is always hiring. I started there and they only paid me 5 credits an hour and worked my way up."

What everyone in the replies should realize is that in 50 years, the prequels will be what is discussed in art classes and circles, not the OT. This is true RIGHT NOW. The prequels have 10X the cultural penetration in the internet age. It will only get more drastic with time filtering. The complaints will be studied as well as an attempt to understand the minds of yore, like Twain taking down James Fenimore Cooper. The cringy romance will be understood straight because the context of what "cringe" is will be forgotten, as will what the standards for convincing acting were in the early 2000s. More technical criticisms will mostly be viewed from a historical perspective - that some viewers of the time expected certain structures from films. The OT will be viewed as an important transitional work, while the sequels will be mostly a footnote, good fodder for a student essay on corporate decline but not much artistic interest. You may gnash your teeth as you remember for the billionth time how much you enjoyed ESB on VHS on your shag carpet living room on your CRT, eating sugary cereal while your divorced mom ignored you, but those feelings will be filtered out by time once you are gone. The future will belong to Lucas's capstone work, the prequels, because the present belongs to them as well.
the reason millenial nerds feel a compulsion to shit on the star wars prequels, despite the obvious cinematic brilliance, is they are played entirely earnest. there is no jim from the office winking at the camera, which makes them excruciating to the irony poisoned millenial mind

Back-to-back generations of people uncomfortable with sincerity and earnestness; completely superficial and pathologically self-conscious. Their sophomoric irony culture rotted them to their very core. Future sociologists will study this and provide a coherent explanation.
Millennials and Gen-Xers have this seething hatred and contempt for media having sincerity for some reason. All they want is serious mood killing jokes like every scene and line of dialogue has to be a quirk chungas joke in order for these people to enjoy it.

The Star Wars Prequels are cinematic masterpieces and I really don't care what miserable curmudgeons think about them. I'm sorry that the storytelling was too intelligent for you and there weren't enough superweapons being blown up by hekkin' rebels.
If you think the Star Wars prequels are "Cinematic masterpieces", your opinion on film should not be taken seriously. I am being very charitable by saying they are mid.

Growing up as an OT guy, when the prequels dropped, the takeaway is that the BBY era, like our own, was but a shadow of the high-culture that came before it. We didnโ€™t know that the OT was actually post-apocalyptic, and fallen, until the prequels. Culturemogged/10.
Replying to @ShitpostRock
Only gay retard dork boomers who pull their socks up and tuck their shirts in and wear New Balance shoes thought this was bad. Every kid who grew up watching the prequels thought they were cool as fuck and WAY fucking cooler than the original trilogy. Do you know how many Lego sets they had?

Unquestionably. Literally Homeric in its long-term cultural implications. Anyone arguing the contrary is revealing themselves to be grotesquely unsophisticated, spiritually uncomfortable, Reddit-level slopsuckers.
Revenge of the Sith is a masterpiece.

The lack of gutter-tier, profoundly unserious 4th wall humor is pure millennial repellant. Thereโ€™s zero irony in the prequels and millennials are innately too pretentious to approach anything earnestly. They canโ€™t help but reveal themselves.

Champ really told on himself. Dรฉclassรฉ, uncultured he-bitch.
They fail at being epic operas even more than they fail at realism. The writing and acting is mostly flat and boring. Same goes for the cinematography. Thereโ€™s nothing operatic about it. Epic perhaps in theory but certainly not in execution. You guys have created a version of the Star Wars prequels in your heads (a version that sounds pretty interesting, if only it existed) and have grafted it onto the actual films which in reality fail at whatever they were trying to do, unless they were trying to be verbose, clumsy, wooden, and bland. Itโ€™s very clear to the rest of us that the people trying to rehab the Star Wars prequels are just nostalgic for something that they enjoyed as kids. Thatโ€™s fine. I have a nostalgic attachment to some crappy 90s movies like Independence Day for example. It came out when I was 10 and at the time it seemed to me like the greatest cinematic achievement in history. But then I grew up and I can now see that Will Smith punching an alien and saying โ€œwelcome to earfโ€ is not a high point of western art. And thatโ€™s fine. Itโ€™s stupid but I still remember it fondly. You donโ€™t have to try so hard to intellectualize some dumb bullshit you liked when you were a kid. Itโ€™s okay. It can just be dumb bullshit, which it is.

Every ounce of social capital this guy built, burnt on the pyre of Millennial Midwittery. Helluva hill to die on.

Real. I canโ€™t even prepare for the apocalypse, because I have my own personal apocalypse at the house with my insurance company. Just scraping by is like pissing into an ocean of piss. Help this man.

Within 36hr of project initiation weโ€™ve completely blown Rattlegram out of the water with a better waveform and enabled inherent cache clearing with automated SALUTE reporting and standard ICS forms. Fifth interface layer will be added to tomorrowโ€™s build.

The Dark Knight, Terminator 2, The Godfather Part II, and The Empire Strikes Back arenโ€™t available. Whatโ€™s the greatest movie sequel of all time?

A lot of wisdom in this.
Orthobros love saying women should dress modestly. Men, especially when choosing to stay anonymous to protect themselves, should speak modestly. The way people talk, especially anons, is as degenerate as the lingerie shows at gyms. It's another form of vainglory.

The movies have some of the worst acting and writing to ever be featured in a big budget Hollywood film. Even worse than the original Star Wars trilogy, which is saying something.
