We are happy to announce that we have hired *three* tenure-track assistant professors who will join us in the Public Administration Research Group (@PA_SDU). All three will be introduced here briefly:
Frederik Godt Hansen (@FrederikGodt ) researches citizens' trust in government and citizen-state interactions more broadly. Before joining @PA_SDU Frederik was a Postdoc at the Department of Psychology @aarhusuni. You can check out some of his work here:

🚨Excited to share that my new paper on political trust and Brexit is now out #openaccess in @BJPoLS. In this paper, I introduce the idea that political trust is related to whether politicians are *efficient* in achieving promised policy objectives. 🧵 1/6
Peter Rasmussen Damgaard (@PeterRDamgaard) researches service delivery and citizens' behavior as users, coproducers, and voters. Peter was already Asst. Prof. @PA_SDU and has now been promoted to TT Asst. Prof. You can check out some of his work here: xitter.cf/PeterRDamgaard/status/…
In new research out in @JPART1991, @_Oliver_James_ and I study whether public service users' responses to performance information reflect (directionally) motivated reasoning or if responses can be explained by Bayesian updating (from potentially incorrect prior beliefs).
Interested in pursuing a PhD in public administration (or public policy)? We are recruiting (fully funded!) PhD students and we are especially interested in project proposals within one (or more) of the following themes: Public management, AI/digitization, and Danish politics.
