Our mission to put decisive airpower in the hands of every operator isn't limited to a single environment or mission set. AM is built to adapt, removing the barriers that keep operators standing by for airpower and giving them the flexibility to configure one aircraft as mission demands change. Maritime operators need airpower that can launch, recover, and keep pace with the mission. Last week, PDW and Waiv Robotics conducted initial static integration testing of the C100 with Waiv’s WR-15 UAV launch-and-recovery platform. The collaboration addresses a persistent challenge: safely recovering larger unmanned aircraft aboard moving vessels. The goal is to put organic UAS capability aboard @USnavy, @USCG, and unmanned surface vessels without relying on traditional aviation infrastructure. Next steps include integration refinements and dynamic underway testing to validate performance in real-world maritime conditions. For operators, the objective is clear: extend their reach, deliver persistent ISR, and reduce risk to personnel. Decisive airpower in the hands of every operator.

The C100 is earning its place in @USArmy Aviation history while helping shape what comes next. Built to adapt and proven in Soldiers’ hands, the C100 has quickly established its operational value and place of recognition among mission-enabling military aircraft. The C100 continues to be fielded with Army units around the world, putting reconnaissance, communications and other critical mission capabilities in operators’ hands through one modular aircraft. That field experience drives continuous improvement, with operator feedback from real-world missions helping PDW refine performance, integrate new capabilities and keep the aircraft evolving with the force. This Saturday, October 24, the Army Aviation Museum will unveil a C100 as its newest display, connecting the Army’s aviation heritage with the adaptable systems supporting its formations today. See it at the Models & Machines show and Training Support Facility Open House, 10 a.m.–3 p.m., at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Video credit: Army Aviation Museum Foundation go.pdw.ai/4ivfBGi

The @USCG recently visited PDW’s Drone Factory 01 to see firsthand how we’re building for operations at the tactical edge and to receive hands-on training with the C100. We were proud to spend time with the Coast Guard team discussing the operational challenges they face across maritime environments and how technology might extend its reach. During training on the C100, we demonstrated how autonomous systems can give operators greater awareness, flexibility, and decision advantage. Thank you to the Coast Guard team for the visit and its commitment to advancing operator capability.

#AUSA2026 hosted by @AUSAorg was a week of direct conversations with @USArmy leaders, customers and partners about what operators need now and what it will take to deliver it. Those conversations will continue to shape how PDW builds, adapts, and provides systems around real operational requirements. Operators shouldn’t have to stand by for airpower. Thank you to everyone who spent time with our team in Washington in support of that mission. Decisive airpower in the hands of every operator.

New mission. Same C100. Operators can swap payloads to shift from reconnaissance to communications relay to precision targeting, keeping adaptable airpower in their hands as mission demands change. At @AUSAorg 2026, see how one aircraft enables more options at the point of decision. Learn more about the C100: go.pdw.ai/4jfWlNU

The mission won’t wait. Neither should our warfighters. Operators should not have to wait for airpower or be limited by static capability that modern conflict has already outpaced. PDW starts with the mission. Our goal is to select the best solution wherever it originates and adapt it with the software, autonomy, payloads, and effects operators need. From C100 and AM to battlefield-proven partner technology, we are fielding tactical airpower built to evolve ahead of the next mission, with the American industrial capacity to produce it in real numbers. Decisive airpower in the hands of every operator. Meet with PDW at @AUSAorg 2026. Request a meeting at: go.pdw.ai/4ztYsma

Decisive tactical airpower changes at the speed of the battlefield. PDW’s mission is to ensure U.S. warfighters always have what they need to fight and win. Our national security requires battle-tested systems and qualified U.S. production capacity to deliver them at speed and scale. With @thefourthlawai and @SystemsOdd, we are establishing a U.S. qualification and potential production pathway for Kurbas thermal cameras, proven on the front lines and supplied to more than 200 drone manufacturers. The collaboration also includes exploring domestic thermal-sensor manufacturing. With Revenant Technologies, we are combining its relationships with Ukrainian innovators, battlefield capability validation, and U.S. customer engagement with PDW’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Together, we will identify and evaluate proven technologies and systems for potential U.S. integration and production. These partnerships mark the beginning of a broader strategy: bring battle-tested capability to American and allied warfighters and build the qualified U.S. production capacity to deliver it in meaningful numbers. Decisive airpower in the hands of every operator. Read both announcements at the links below.

Autonomy is a national defense priority. The next step is putting it in operators’ hands. PDW is bringing @BoozAllen's mission autonomy software, powered by Shield AI’s Hivemind, to AM, along with secure over-the-air updates and fleet management across its aircraft portfolio. The capabilities will help operators execute missions with less manual control and enable teams to update fielded aircraft faster as threats evolve. Decisive airpower in the hands of every operator. Precision effects at the tactical edge require more than technology. They require the training and trust to employ it when it matters. PDW’s inaugural internal Laser Target Designator course paired the C100 with the @LeonardoDRSnews STAG-5 EO/IR gimbal to explore how small units can safely and effectively build precision kill chains in contested environments. In our latest blog, PDW's Dustin Wolfe shares what we learned and why the future of organic precision fires will depend on smarter technology, effective training, and warfighter feedback. Iron sharpens iron. Read the full piece at the link below.

Every belief we hold about building for the operator leads to this one. Robotics should take on risk. Systems must evolve ahead of the next mission. But neither matters if operators cannot trust the capability in real conditions or if the force cannot deploy it at meaningful scale. In No. 3 of our 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 series, we explore the standard that brings it all together: Capability that can’t be trusted and deployed at scale is irrelevant.
