We have federal election laws. We have insurrection laws. We have sedition and treason laws.
And rebellion against the government MAY demand the military be used to repel the rebellion.
None of this is hard
Last month, I sought assurances from our nation's top military and civilian leaders at the Pentagon that troops will not be used to interfere in our midterm elections—and that any order to do so would be illegal. The law is clear: our military has no business interfering in our elections, policing polling places, or handling ballots or voting machines.
Now, @SenMarkKelly and I are seeking answers about the Pentagon's vaguely defined National Guard "reaction forces," created to respond to "civil disturbances." We want to make absolutely sure these forces will not be used to interfere with our elections in any way.

I love God, I love my family, my friends and my country. I continue to press forward and do all of the things I really don’t enjoy (like podcasts, *cough, cough* @Patriotdadev77 @bravoCo104498 @PSPod25), because I am being obedient and I want my future grandchildren and great grandchildren to get to enjoy the country that I know and love. I won’t allow it to be destroyed by people that hate everything the United States of America represents.

How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor?
Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance:
• Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings.
• Media narratives are pre-seeded.
• Foreign officials provide cover.
The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations.
The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it."
In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country.
We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).

The Democrat/Media Complex is sniffing around the Democracy Files and our exposing of the ongoing Color Revolution. I'm not talking about marginal podcasters--I'm talking about the head of the snake.
They will attempt to do two things:
1. Discredit @DataRepublican, the patriots who have worked with her on this project, and all of us who have supported getting this plot out into the light of day.
2. Claim that the framing of those files as an ongoing Color Revolution is a lie, and in fact the ex-USAID/CIA/State/military people behind this are merely true patriots trying to prevent Trump from overthrowing "our democracy."
Such a story will inevitably include a litany of "proof" that Donald Trump's genuine election integrity efforts are somehow actually a nefarious plot to disenfranchise lawful Democrat voters and steal "our democracy." The very words you will read and hear will be a part of the framing of Trump's "loss of legitimacy" that is essential to the plot's success.
In other words, these stories that are about to come out from the premier Democrat/Media Complex outlet(s) are actually part of the plot itself, and serve as part of the "Narrative" component of color revolutions that I have written about.
Be on the lookout for these nefarious propaganda pieces in the days ahead. As I have said repeatedly, the best way to counter this false narrative is to get everyone in your circle to listen for 4 minutes and 31 seconds to the very first drop DR put out on October 22. That tape alone starkly reveals the entire plot in the plotters' own words.
Last point; never forget that these people will always do one thing that is their "tell": they will always accuse you of what they are actually up to themselves.

My husband has been in the hospital for the entire month of October. It has been a long journey, but he is doing incredibly well.
In the beginning of September I forced him to go to the ER after I noticed one of his legs was really swollen. They did an ultrasound and found no blood clots so his doctor ordered tests to try to figure out what was causing the swelling. It ended up being heart failure. On September 30th he had a heart cath scheduled to try to see what was causing the heart failure. He’s not a smoker, he has no family history of heart failure or heart disease, the men in his family live into their 90s.
During the heart cath they found blockage in all of his main arteries. One was 100% blocked, widow maker 80%+ blocked, it was bad. They admitted him to the hospital to run more tests to make sure his heart was healthy enough for open heart bypass surgery (CAVG). Thank God he was a candidate and he ended up with a quadruple bypass surgery on the 6th.
Recovery is going amazing. They gave him an Impella 5.5 during the surgery to give his heart a chance to recover, but that has made his hospital stay even longer.
I am so grateful for all of the prayers and messages of support. I love all of you and I can’t wait to get back to researching, posting and doing the @PSPod25 podcast. I miss you all so much, but my husband is my best friend and my whole world and he needs me right now.
Don’t give up on me. I will be back as soon as I possibly can. Right now I am just focused on him getting released from the hospital so we can go home and sleep in our bed. Hopefully it will be soon. Keep the prayers coming.
And even if you’re young with no history of heart disease, get checked out by a cardiologist. Most people in my husband’s position never know they have anything wrong until they have a massive heart attack or just drop dead. We are so blessed to have caught it before anything happened.
