I am so grateful for the civility tonight ❤️. #Toronto Watching Olivia Chow and Brad Bradford graciously wish each other well is refreshing in a world that is often too harsh, cruel, and divided.
Brad Bradford emerges with his wife, mother and one of his daughters. He wishes Chow well and says he wants her to succeed. “We all love this city. We know it can be better.” He urges the crowd to give her a round of applause.

Watching Doug Ford try to convince everyone that Ontarians don't care about his ministers ripping off the Ontario public with extravagant local hotel bills on their dime is good for a laugh

The @NHL and #Rogers signed an $11B deal to hijack Canada’s game, strip away free CBC access, and slice up broadcasts behind endless paywalls. They don't care about the fans. They see us as piggy banks to be squeezed dry for every nickel. Time to cancel subscriptions and let the viewership crash. 🚫🏒💰 #BoycottSportsnet #RogersGreed #NHLPaywall #HockeyIsDead #CordCutting #RipOff #CBC

According to the book, Kushner got Tillerson fired for a $50 million UAE payment because Tillerson supported Qatar. This panicked Qatar because they realized Kushner was a pay-to-play operative, so they bought Kushner's New York City apartments, which were in the red, hoping this would help.
This book is really damning for Kushner. It claims the UAE paid Kushner $50 million to get Rex Tillerson fired as Secretary of State.

Already there. And to be honest I'm thinking about skipping some additional games in response. If my eyes aren't wanted then I'll find new things to do with them.

Yesterday Trump repeatedly called Abdul El-Sayed a "jihadist", told Nicki Minaj she had a "beautiful ass" and asked her to stand up so the crowd could admire it, and yet the dumbest people on Twitter are still pretending to be offended by a mention of the Cheesecake Factory.

Ah, another garbage, streamed game tonight courtesy of @Rogers, MLSE and the @MapleLeafs. That a hard pass. I'll watch some football instead.

The GRU hacked into Jared Kushner's iPhone. Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) then recruited a GRU spy who gave them access to the hacked phone. What MIVD discovered was that Kushner had access to two bank accounts --one Azerbaijani, the other Israeli --where Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirati ruler Mohammed bin Zayed deposited money. It sounds like a slightly far-fetched episode of "Slow Horses," but it's real. And it proves just how eye-poppingly corrupt this administration was and continues to be as its "special envoy" decides the fate of tens of millions in Europe in the Middle East. Simply incredible reporting by Matthew Cole, drawn from his new book on Kushner. vanityfair.com/story/jared-k…

There you have it. Trump admits the DOJ takes his direct orders. Blanche has repeatedly denied this. Their corruption knows no bounds.
Q: Any thoughts on the Alaska lawsuit? Trump: I'm the one that said do it. They have two Dan Sullivans.

“Departures from these practices should never be countenanced because they risk allowing prosecutors to impact national elections.” -Todd Blanche on DOJ’s 60-day rule, September 2024
Q: The typical practice is DOJ doesn't usually release charges this close to an election. Even though Ms Lucas isn't on the ballot, her daughter is. So can you speak to the reason of the timing? BLANCHE: The 60 day or 90 day practice is not in writing. That's not part of the justice manual. There's nothing improper.

An MPP whose behavior Doug Ford previously said was "irresponsible" and "totally unacceptable" is now being accepted back onto the team with new responsibilities. Ford's government has no integrity at all.
NEW: Education Minister Paul Calandra tells me he's "very excited" to have Stan Cho on his team, and that the "quality of his work since he's been an MPP is literally second to none." Premier Ford announced Cho will be joining Calandra’s team as a parliamentary assistant — just three months after Cho resigned from cabinet for charging taxpayers $16,000 in Toronto hotel stays. The new role comes with a $22,500 pay bump. Ford declined to comment. Story: thetrillium.ca/insider-news/…

Wow! We actually have a foreign agent working (“volunteering”) for the United States. That foreign agent is married to the President’s daughter. If you don’t see anything wrong with this, then you have been absorbed by the cult.
Kushner also failed to disclose himself as an agent of a foreign government, having been paid nearly $2 billion in total by foreign leaders. trib.al/OTkGEv6
