It's almost Nog season which means it's time to rewatch my favorite skit performed by my favorite local gun shop.
PS: brought my little girl there this past weekend and now she wants to go back to "the hunting store". She loves it there.

Replying to @harveyspistols
@harveyspistols is majorly cool. They sent cool guns to do reviews. No connection to manufacturer so we gotta flood them with love now

I still can’t believe this actually happened. Shout out to everyone involved in getting this done. True patriots.
Lying to scare people is such weird behavior
🚨 JUST IN: The ATF is allowing silencers, short-barreled rifles, and “sawed-off” shotguns to be bought or made without a background check nationwide, following a Texas judge’s ruling. The agency’s sweeping move dismantles longstanding safeguards and puts lives at risk.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Following the Texas judge ruling and ATF guidance, NFA registration and approval are no longer enforced for silencers, short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns. Dealers must still perform NICS background checks and complete Form 4473 when selling them.

🚨 BREAKING 🚨
ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."
