The ABC says there are no indications of 'ideological extremism' in Brendan Nugent who must have been suffering a psychosis when he attacked Helen Haines. The Nightly reports: "Nugent’s X account, under the handle @NotLaoTzu, has almost 11,000 posts, documenting his environmental activism, political arguments and, more recently, outspoken commentary about the Middle East." "Following Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attacks on Israel, Nugent’s account increasingly shared material defending Palestinian armed resistance and disputing accounts of atrocities committed during the attacks." :In the following weeks, his account reposted commentary questioning reports about Israeli babies killed during the attacks alongside statements attributed to Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah portraying Hamas’s operation as a response to decades of Palestinian suffering." Last night, David Farley MP brought the following matters to the attention of the leadership of One Nation. Over the past few weeks, the Prime Minister has met with David privately. The Prime Minister initiated these meetings. This week, David received a letter from the Prime Minister stating that he had allocated David a personal staff position outside of One Nation’s unresolved staffing request. David did not request this allocation of staff. No reason was provided by the Prime Minister for the provision of this staff. Following these discussions, senior ministers raised grant funding under the Sustainable Communities Program for the Murray Darling Basin. David did not initiate the discussion regarding this program. Taken together, these actions have left David and One Nation deeply concerned that the government is seeking to use taxpayer funds to exert undue political influence over politicians. We have decided to expose these grubby dealings because the public deserves to know what the Albanese Labor government is doing behind closed doors. For months, One Nation has been fighting for fair, transparent and objective allocation of staffing for parliamentarians. The Prime Minister has refused to respond to these calls. Yet astonishingly, this week the Prime Minister provided a letter to David directly granting a Personal Adviser 3 position, paid up to $200,000, effective immediately. David has rejected this unsolicited allocation. Last month, One Nation Senator Pauline Hanson stood alongside the Member for Fowler, Dai Le MP and Senator for Western Australia, Fatima Payman to demand consistent, transparent and independently determined staffing allocations. They stood together despite their political differences because this matters to our democracy. The Prime Minister should not personally control the resources available to his political opponents. While this power has always been open to abuse, it has, in our view, been weaponised to an unprecedented extent under this Labor Government and this Prime Minister. One Nation introduced our Safe Staffing Guarantee Bill to stop this abuse of power. Labor, the Coalition and the Greens all united to block the Bill. This is the type of politics that Australians are sick of. The Prime Minister is trying to drag One Nation down to his level of grubby politics. One Nation will have no part of it. The second issue that needs to be brought into the open is the way in which the Albanese Labor government appears to be using public grant money to achieve their political objectives and paper over policy failures. The government has directly raised the prospect of grants available to the Murray Darling Basin under the Sustainable Communities Program as compensation for water buybacks. David and One Nation will always fight for Farrer’s fair share of public resources, but we will never allow grant funding to buy cooperation or silence on the issue of water advocacy, implicit or otherwise. We know the number one thing Farrer and other basin communities need is water. One Nation does not accept that devastating water buybacks are a foregone conclusion. A future One Nation government will end water buybacks. This government’s actions are the type of broken politics that undermines the confidence Australians have in our democracy. It’s what Professor Anne Twomey has described as ‘grey corruption’. One Nation will always stand up for the interests of all Australians. We won’t be bought or divided by this Prime Minister. ENDS

🚨That Palestinian flag you see waving over the riots in Europe is not a protest symbol. It is a Trojan horse! The Muslim Brotherhood spelled this out in their 1991 memorandum: infiltrate Western institutions, use our own systems against us, and destroy the West from the inside. Qatar and Turkey fund it. The left provides the cover. France and Italy are already burning. That same playbook is moving fast into America. This is the warning. If we do not stop it now, there is no going back.

If roles were reversed, and it were a male politician making this face whilst a woman was addressing the parliament, it would kick off an "urgent national conversation" about how disrespectful Australian men are to women, misogyny, the political boys club, male entitlement, the manosphere, rape culture, how this perpetuates male violence against women, and on, and on, and on. Albanese would probably order a Royal Commission. When @sarahinthesen8 does it to @senatorbabet there's crickets.

In the past week alone, Muslims have: 1. Slaughtered 9 Christians during a funeral in Jordan. 2. Beheaded 40 Christians in Nigeria with machetes. 3. Massacred 60 Christians in Ethiopia and burned down their homes. They didn’t get even 1% of the media coverage Gaza gets.

If they want the temperature turned down, then do this: • Stop blaming every negative incident on the right • Stop selling the country out • Stop blaming citizens for your own failures • Stop trying to silence us • Stop imposing tyrannical laws in the name of safety • Stop swamping the country with migrants • Stop treating citizens like guests in their own country • Stop dividing people by race • Stop dividing people by sex • Stop erasing the definition of a woman • Stop the double standards on violence and rhetoric • Stop institutional capture and viewpoint discrimination • Stop soft-on-crime policies that ignore basic order • Stop treating biological sex as optional in policy • Stop economic and energy policies that raise costs for ordinary people • Stop elite hypocrisy on borders, schools, and security • Stop rewriting history and lowering standards • Stop selective enforcement of “disinformation” rules Until then, don’t lecture anyone about turning the temperature down. Stop gaslighting us!

TERRORIST WALKS FREE THIS SUNDAY. Isaac El Matari, self declared Australian ISIS commander, finishes his five year sentence and is being released. No Continued Detention Order. No extension. Home Affairs simply let it happen. This is the same man who planned an ISIS stronghold in the Blue Mountains and targeted St Mary’s Cathedral and the US Embassy. He is a known associate of Naveed Akram, the alleged perpetrator of the Bondi Hanukkah massacre. Tony Burke and Home Affairs had the power to keep him locked up for up to another five years. They chose not to. The AFP is scrambling for a weak control order instead of proper detention. Australians were slaughtered at Bondi. The jihadist networks that fed it are being let back onto the streets by this government. El Matari should be deported, not monitored. Citizenship stripped, not protected. But Burke’s department has done nothing. Weak borders. Soft sentences. Terrorists released. This is what Labor delivers.

The Arab-Islamic slave trade began in the 7th century and didn't fully end until the early 20th century. Over those 1,300 years, an estimated 10 to 18 million Africans were taken from the continent, marched across the Sahara or shipped across the Indian Ocean. It outlasted the transatlantic slave trade by more than three centuries, and by some estimates moved more people overall. THE PROCEDURE A large share of the men taken were castrated, mainly to serve as eunuchs guarding harems, households, and royal courts. The operation was performed with primitive tools and little to no medical care. Mortality estimates vary, but most historians describe it as extremely high, with many accounts putting the death rate at over half. THE RESULT Enslaved women, unlike the men, frequently had children, often with the men who enslaved them. Surviving castrated men could not. Historians point to this as a central reason the African diaspora across the Middle East and North Africa is so much smaller today than in the Americas, despite a trade that ran for over a millennium. It wasn't only the men who died in the procedure or on the journey. It was every child who was never born after them. WHAT'S LEFT Small Afro-Arab communities still exist today in places like Iraq, Yemen, and the Gulf states, descended from those who survived. Compared to the millions taken over thirteen centuries, what remains is a fraction of what those numbers would suggest.

Oh look. Arab parties are represented fully in the Knesset. Just like Christians and Jews are represented in Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, and the rest of the Noble Muslim countries. Oh no, wait. Non-Muslims have largely disappeared across all of the 56 countries comprising the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
🚨🇮🇱 BREAKING: Israel's election has produced a HUNG KNESSET, and neither Netanyahu nor Eisenkot can govern alone. With 100% of regular ballots counted, Netanyahu's bloc stands at 53 seats, while Eisenkot's opposition bloc has 48, both short of the 61 needed for a majority. The Arab parties now hold a potentially decisive 19 seats: the Joint List with 12 and Ra'am with 7. One major piece remains: roughly 600,000 double-envelope ballots still need to be counted, with final results expected tomorrow. For now, neither Netanyahu nor Eisenkot has a majority, putting the Arab parties at the center of the battle to form Israel's next government. Source: bintjbeilnews, wfwitness (TG) / Writer: Samuel
