ISLAMIC TERROR GROUP WITH A DECADES LONG HISTORY OF VIOLENCE AND THE KILLING OF MORE THAN 3000 PEOPLE, SAYS “DON’T CALL US TERRORISTS” 🤡
Hamas, the Palestinian Islamist group responsible for the October 7 massacre in Israel, has launched a fresh court bid to scrap its terror listing in Australia.
Federal Court documents, obtained by the Herald Sun, show the terror group is asking the court to throw out a March 2022 decision by the Morrison government to list the entirety of Hamas as a terrorist organisation.
Prior to that listing, which brought Australia into line with the US and UK, only Hamas’s military wing the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, had been proscribed as terrorists.
The listing was made more than 18 months before Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, killing 1200 people including babies and young festival goers in a frenzied rampage through southern Israel.
The fresh legal bid has outraged Jewish groups who have slammed the terror group for its “breathtaking” audacity and urged the Australian government to vigorously defend the designation.
In the new legal documents, Hamas, which governs Gaza, disputes that all casualties and events from 7 October, 2023, can be considered terrorist acts perpetrated by Hamas, and claims to pose no threat to Australia.
They are also arguing that its other services, such as humanitarian, medical, education, water, disability and administrative functions, cannot be treated as “terrorist acts”.
According to Federal Court documents, Hamas’ initial application to the government to be delisted as a terror organisation was rejected in July last year.
It then made a fresh bid in November, which, according to documents, an Australian Government Solicitor said it would consider.
But it appears no decision has been made by the government, prompting this latest court bid, which included an administrative hearing on Monday.
Last year the Indigenous activist and radio host Robbie Thorpe, who is the uncle of outspoken independent Senator Lidia Thorpe, also brought a case on behalf of the organisation.
That case was thrown out in February by Federal Court Justice Graeme Hill in February, with Mr Thorpe declaring this “not the end of it”.
It is being represented by Sydney solicitor Daniel Taylor who acted for Mr Thorpe in his case.
Immigration Minister Tony Burke appears to be untroubled by Hamas action, telling Herald Sun: “If people that bad hate me, it’s a badge of honour,” he said.
Zionist Federation of Australia (ZFA) President Jeremy Leibler said there was no question Hamas belonged on the terror list and the “sheer audacity” of the court bin was “breathtaking”.
“Hamas can engage as many lawyers as it likes, but no amount of legal argument can erase the atrocities of October 7 or its decades-long record of terrorism,” he said.
Executive Council of Australian Jewry co-chief executive Alex Ryvchin said the bid was a disturbing progression in pro-Palestinian activism in this country.
“Not satisfied with vilifying Israelis and Jewish Australians they now seek to defend Hamas in the courts,’ he said.
“The effect of this would be to allow Australians to donate money to Hamas and publicly support it.
“While there is no prospect of this action succeeding, the very fact that any Australian lawyers would seek to bring this action denigrates the profession and shows the malice and fanaticism running through the anti-Israel movement.”
Hamas is seeking relief from a federal court judge, calling for a declaration that the listing regulations are invalid or inoperative, or an order of mandamus forcing the government to act on its delisting bid.
The case is set to return to court in May for an interlocutory hearing.
The Herald Sun was unable to contact Hamas’ lawyer, Mr Taylor.

The Prime Minister is a serial liar.
He lied to Australians about Capital Gains Tax and Negative Gearing to get elected. He lied about falling off a stage. He lied about reducing power bills by $275. He lied about mocking the Japanese Prime Minister.
Now, he's lying about his dodgy $6 million taxpayer-funded grant to the Marrickville Golf Club.
In every instance, he has refused to admit he was wrong and apologise. In doing so, he has treated Australians like fools.
His word was never his bond.
Australians deserve a Prime Minister with the honesty to give straight answers to simple questions and the humility to admit when they've made a mistake.

The University of Sydney has officially lost the plot. Hiring Jacinda Ardern to teach “public leadership” and “social cohesion”
Are they serious?
This is the same leader who fractured New Zealand with some of the harshest, most authoritarian lockdowns and vaccine mandates in the world, leaving a trail of wrecked businesses, ruined careers, and massive economic fallout that Kiwis are still suffering from today.
Even the Royal Commission admitted her policies hammered social cohesion and the economy.
Appointing her isn't education, it’s a textbook example of academic capture and institutional echo chambers.
What kind of “indoctrination” is actually going to take place in these classrooms?
Are students being trained in actual public service, or are they just learning the blueprint for state mandated overreach, censorship, and crushing dissent under the guise of “kindness”?
Syd Uni is completely out of touch with reality, choosing elite virtue signalling over genuine merit.
Parents and taxpayers should be demanding answers about what is actually being taught at this institution.

The Albanese Government stabbed Israel in the back in its time of need, imposing sanctions on the Jewish State as it battled Islamic terrorists on 7 fronts following the October 7 massacre.
Labor has made it difficult for Australian companies to sell weapons to Israel.
Now Australia is reportedly considering asking to purchase Israeli-made weapons.
Australia is lucky that Israel has higher moral standards than Anthony Albanese.

So a panicked man with mental health concerns hits an MP and the actual Prime Minister links it to a “rise in temperature,” “too much shouting, not enough discourse,” - and social media?
Then the government’s public framing is that the attack was targeted, and occurred against a backdrop of rising polarization and one of their solutions is the Digital Duty of Care Bill?
Make it make sense please

Where has all of the funding for Aboriginal people & communities gone?
Where are the Aboriginal Advocates speaking up for these children?
The Left are SILENT because they do not care, they just use the Indigenous people in Australia to push their own Marxist agenda.
There are good people trying to actually help & create change but the funding never reaches them or these communities.
The money goes into the pockets of grifters & Fake advocates.
There are Aboriginal communities with no drinking water, they are given limited water rations.
Meanwhile, the Australian Government wastes billions on foreign aid, on Marxist programs & propaganda like Welcome to country.
Do you think humans without water & children being horrifically abused in OUR country care about Welcome to country.
With all that money, Aboriginal communities could have had their own safe zones & centres for children & women.
Instead grifters are driving Lamborghini’s.
White Aussie children aren’t much safer in Australia atm either.
What a disgrace.
This should not be happening in Australia.

The ABC says there are no indications of 'ideological extremism' in Brendan Nugent who must have been suffering a psychosis when he attacked Helen Haines.
The Nightly reports: "Nugent’s X account, under the handle @NotLaoTzu, has almost 11,000 posts, documenting his environmental activism, political arguments and, more recently, outspoken commentary about the Middle East."
"Following Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attacks on Israel, Nugent’s account increasingly shared material defending Palestinian armed resistance and disputing accounts of atrocities committed during the attacks."
:In the following weeks, his account reposted commentary questioning reports about Israeli babies killed during the attacks alongside statements attributed to Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah portraying Hamas’s operation as a response to decades of Palestinian suffering."

Last night, David Farley MP brought the following matters to the attention of the leadership of One Nation.
Over the past few weeks, the Prime Minister has met with David privately. The Prime Minister initiated these meetings. This week, David received a letter from the Prime Minister stating that he had allocated David a personal staff position outside of One Nation’s unresolved staffing request. David did not request this allocation of staff. No reason was provided by the Prime Minister for the provision of this staff.
Following these discussions, senior ministers raised grant funding under the Sustainable Communities Program for the Murray Darling Basin. David did not initiate the discussion regarding this program.
Taken together, these actions have left David and One Nation deeply concerned that the government is seeking to use taxpayer funds to exert undue political influence over politicians.
We have decided to expose these grubby dealings because the public deserves to know what the Albanese Labor government is doing behind closed doors.
For months, One Nation has been fighting for fair, transparent and objective allocation of staffing for parliamentarians. The Prime Minister has refused to respond to these calls.
Yet astonishingly, this week the Prime Minister provided a letter to David directly granting a Personal Adviser 3 position, paid up to $200,000, effective immediately. David has rejected this unsolicited allocation.
Last month, One Nation Senator Pauline Hanson stood alongside the Member for Fowler, Dai Le MP and Senator for Western Australia, Fatima Payman to demand consistent, transparent and independently determined staffing allocations.
They stood together despite their political differences because this matters to our democracy. The Prime Minister should not personally control the resources available to his political opponents.
While this power has always been open to abuse, it has, in our view, been weaponised to an unprecedented extent under this Labor Government and this Prime Minister. One Nation introduced our Safe Staffing Guarantee Bill to stop this abuse of power. Labor, the Coalition and the Greens all united to block the Bill.
This is the type of politics that Australians are sick of. The Prime Minister is trying to drag One Nation down to his level of grubby politics. One Nation will have no part of it.
The second issue that needs to be brought into the open is the way in which the Albanese Labor government appears to be using public grant money to achieve their political objectives and paper over policy failures.
The government has directly raised the prospect of grants available to the Murray Darling Basin under the Sustainable Communities Program as compensation for water buybacks.
David and One Nation will always fight for Farrer’s fair share of public resources, but we will never allow grant funding to buy cooperation or silence on the issue of water advocacy, implicit or otherwise. We know the number one thing Farrer and other basin communities need is water. One Nation does not accept that devastating water buybacks are a foregone conclusion. A future One Nation government will end water buybacks.
This government’s actions are the type of broken politics that undermines the confidence Australians have in our democracy. It’s what Professor Anne Twomey has described as ‘grey corruption’.
One Nation will always stand up for the interests of all Australians. We won’t be bought or divided by this Prime Minister.

🚨That Palestinian flag you see waving over the riots in Europe is not a protest symbol. It is a Trojan horse!
The Muslim Brotherhood spelled this out in their 1991 memorandum: infiltrate Western institutions, use our own systems against us, and destroy the West from the inside. Qatar and Turkey fund it. The left provides the cover.
France and Italy are already burning. That same playbook is moving fast into America.
This is the warning. If we do not stop it now, there is no going back.
