It is clear that Ms. Gardner cannot recover from the mass exodus of staff leaving the Circuit Attorney’s Office. I believe she is unable to fulfill her duties. For the sake of the people of the City of St. Louis and public safety, Ms. Gardner should resign. – at St Louis, MO
There is a solution here. Accept the help offered by experienced attorneys and other jurisdictions. The backlog of cases is unjust for victims and defendants and something needs to change.

Again, you can like Kim Gardner or not, but this is a serious problem. We cannot have a Circuit Attorney’s Office so understaffed that they cannot fulfill the duties to keep us safe or offer a fair trial to those accused of crimes.
