I saw Pat McAfee leaving the Gameday set after the show was over at Utah. Told him I’m a huge fan & asked for a picture. He took off his Ray-Bans, blew his illegal marijuana smoke in my face & said “I have too much money to deal with people like you”. My 3yo son was distraught.
Dear Jim Pete:
Love your work as I do, Kuminga hasn’t been here long enough to be referred to
as “J.K.” constantly.

It was fun coming out of retirement for Games 1 and 2 of the World Series in Milwaukee. Thanks to @Todd_Rosiak and @AdamMcCalvy for supporting my return and to @MikeVassallo13 and @AndrewGruman for making it happen. And all the others who were so welcoming. What an experience!
This ref crew already has made Woofs-Raptors game impossible to watch.

Ross and I randomly ran into each other in the concourse of the Big A in September, 2021. That would be the last time I would see him. He became the dean of SoCal ball writers, has a place in the Hall of Fame and meant so much to all of us who shared a pressbox with him. 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Sad to hear about the passing of David Moulton. Long ago sports radio host in Fargo, had successful and long career in Florida. Good guy.
