For four years I've heard the voices of parents terrified Ken Paxton was going to take their trans kids away from them and I really can't tell you what it means to know his political career is effectively over. He's a corrupt monster and he's finished.
As a survivor of the Beto O’Rourke/Ted Cruz 2018 Senate election, things can look overwhelmingly blue in Texas for the entire night, until rural districts come in and kill the fun… Cruz won by 2.6% 😩

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).

I love when non-Houstonians fear monger about our city.
Houston is the greatest experiment in the beauty of multicultural tolerance. All of our ethnic groups + religions are hella chill w/ each other. We coexist beautifully & live peacefully, and have for decades. Cry about it.

the plan: convince an autistic man whose special interest is pathological lying that you're not a pathological liar, just autistic
You Can See Everything… I certainly couldn’t believe what I was seeing at certain points. Nathan Fielder has always been one to push boundaries but this is his magnum opus. Holmes’ story is so impossibly dense it just keeps on giving, as does this movie. Fielder and Oppenheim are endlessly creative. Between this & Digger, it’s been an astonishing month of seeing what born storytellers are truly capable of. 5/5
