A federal judge has now found twice that you are unlawfully serving as US Attorney — first as an actual one, then as a “de facto” one.
You are clinging to that position to spread election misinformation with a fake title of authority and try to disenfranchise thousands of people by claiming without evidence that they are noncitizens.

Serious and thoughtful Michigan Democrat refusing to back Abdul El-Sayed, the most radical major party candidate in modern American history. Either Rogers -a center-right former seven-term Congressman, state legislator, FBI agent and Army office or the extremist El-Sayed. This should be called for Rogers early on election night as El-Sayed has driven off Jewish voters and non-Jews who hate anti-Semitism as well as Black voters across the state with whom El-Sayed has wholly failed to connect.
Normal Americans don’t care that El-Sayed is a Muslim. The GOP nominated Dr. Oz in PA four years ago. Normal voters reject extremism and El-Sayed’s inability to either distinguish between Israel and Iran and/or his bullying of reporters and refusal to answer basic questions. They also aren’t falling for his absurd “Medicare for All” boondoggle with sharp tax hikes and devastated health care.
El-Sayed’s choice to campaign with anti-American Hasan Piker. Voters are smart and don’t forget stunts like that one.

They know that as long as they sell the narrative that Black and brown people are the ones committing fraud, that will make it easier to convince low-income white people — who are the largest recipients of these services — to vote against their own interests.
