If you are still looking for a place, now is the time. There have been some wild price drops and incentives offered by landlords. A large % of those apartments are going to be vacant on 9/1, something that has never happened in Boston

Say it louder for the people in the back 🗣 Our mission is to cut the the requirement of renter-paid broker fees in Boston. Until that is achieved, we charge a market low $990 or less broker fee. Right now we have hundreds of market listings with no broker fee at all.
