It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party which has abandoned working class people would find that the working class has abandoned them.
While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change.

Again, I donโt blame the victims of a constant barrage of fearmongering. I blame the perpetrators.
Itโs really hard, but this is how Iโm trying to look at this. I donโt blame undereducated and misinformed people for being undereducated and misinformed โ I blame those defunding education and doing the misinforming.
After the election is said and done, please remember that politics don't define a person. We are all human, and sometimes people have shitty opinions. Show compassion, love and respect to everyone, even if they voted against you. Our nation is incredibly divided, and bad people prey on that. The moment we accept our differences, come together, and ignore the hateful rhetoric that is being spread by politicians to divide and conquer is the moment that we, the people, win.
Once we realize that we can love each other and look past each other's differences, that will be the moment we come together as a nation, and no nation is as strong as a nation that is strong enough to love instead of hate.
I love all of you, no matter who you're voting for, as controversial as that is to say... I will always be voting for peace and love! โคโค๏ธโฎ๏ธ

AP just projected that Republicans will take control of the Senate. McConnell will retake the gavel. Thatโs it. Even if Kamala wins, she wonโt be able to pass any legislation or get any of her nominees confirmed.

Big picture: Given the counties reporting so far in WI, MI, PA, and AZ...and the counties (mostly urban areas/suburbs) lagging/still to report, Harris is in good shape to win those four swing states and finish with 281 EV. Losing GA + NC would be irrelevant. #election2024
Tr*mp winning fair and square would almost be worse than if heโd cheated. And Iโm not ruling out the possibility that he did cheat or is in the process of cheating, but my jury is still out on that.

The single worst thing about Trump to me will always be how much he's changed people. I've watched friends and relatives become entirely new, worse people in the wake of his political rise. Like it's not merely that he's a terrible guy, it's that he's ruined people.
