Just watched both episodes of #empirestateofmind by @Sathnam . That's my Grandad, Mehar Singh Sohal, outside his store at 155 Soho Road in Handsworth, Birmingham. He came to England in the 50s . I live today because of his hard work. 💙
Stunning honest work Sat. Thank you 👏🏾.

Adding to it being a big event, the European Tour Group's Training & Recovery Unit is on site for @Challenge_Tour Grand Final and some local kids learned all about it from the one and only @PooraSingh through @DPWorldTour scoring stalwart Valeria Luna being the interpretor 👍

Congratulations to @robert1lefty on his first @PGATOUR win 😃🏌🏻♂️⛳️👏🏼
Here is a video of Bob from the Hero cup last year. Most leg strength & power activities are achieved through a combination of work from the ankle, knee and hip but the respective joint contribution will differ depending on the task. Here he compliments a heavy pull with a hip dominant jump (horizontal) and a knee dominant jump (vertical) eliciting a spectrum of strength training adaptations to support power generation in his swing.

.@robert1lefty did this to secure promotion to the DP World Tour back in 2018 👇
He's now a winner on the @PGATOUR.
"The putt that changed everything 🏴"
Six years ago, @robert1lefty holed this putt to secure promotion from the Challenge Tour and his DP World Tour card for 2019.

We are extremely concerned about censorship of the @1984tribute account just a week before the annual #1984SikhGenocide remembrance period. The account, a leading Sikh source of English language info from the time, has had its Youtube and @X (Twitter) pages taken down this week.

Not just @Meta . For months now they have been shadow banning posts on @facebook and @instagram . @X is doing the same despite @elonmusk pretending to protect free speech . All of these companies are distorting reality on behalf of Israel

I am posting this video again. All the lies Israel had spread . The world believed the lies about decapitated babies but turning a blind eye away from the actual footage of decapitated babies from Rafah . Share this video again and again . Remind them with the lies that allowed this to happen

For the last 14 years as an NHS doctor, I have watched this party, these governments, savage the NHS into a crumbling shell of a once great institution. Deliberate, calculated, shameless destruction.
Only one thing to say. Please, if you still want an NHS, do not vote Tory.

Earlier today on @BBCNews: Recognition of the State of Palestine is not a gift, favour or reward. It is an inalienable right of the Palestinian people and it is long overdue. Countries, including the US and UK, who argue that this must only happen as a result of negotiations are not only being disingenuous, as they know all too well that Israel rejects the very idea of a Palestinian state, they are obstructing the internationally sanctioned right of self-determination of all peoples.

Johnny Mercer has let the Tory cat out of the bag...in a leaked email @thetimes he claimed that No 10 blocked veteran IDs for voting because it could “open the floodgates” for students to use their ID
CONCLUSION
Tories don't want everyone to vote.
Tories don't believe in a democracy
There must be an inquiry immediately
