A dog ate @DoW_AARO's homework: @RepAndreCarson's referring to the AARO (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) Historical Record Report (also called the Historical UAP Record Report or HR2), specifically the still-unreleased Volume II.
This is the congressionally mandated report required by Section 6802 of the FY2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). It directs AARO (under the Department of Defense, with ODNI involvement) to produce a written report to the congressional defense and intelligence committees detailing the historical record of U.S. government involvement with unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). That includes official investigations since 1945, how incidents were handled, the role of classified/special access programs, and whether relevant activities were properly disclosed to Congress....you know, the good stuff!
- Volume I (February 2024; publicly released/cleared March 2024) covers findings from 1945 through 31 October 2023. It reviewed official investigatory efforts, archives, roughly 30 interviews, and claims about reverse-engineering or recovered non-human technology. AARO reported finding no empirical evidence that any U.S. government investigation or program confirmed extraterrestrial technology, reverse-engineering of off-world craft, or related hidden programs (many claims were assessed as inaccurate, misidentified classified programs, or circular reporting). It explicitly notes that Volume II would follow with later analysis.
- Volume II was planned to analyze information, interviews, and research from roughly 1 November 2023 onward (including via AARO’s secure reporting mechanism). As of late 2026, AARO’s public products list Volume I but show no public Volume II.
- As of late October 2026, the report remains unpublished. AARO’s official Congressional and Press Products page lists Volume I (released March 2024) but contains no Volume II entry, and the office has not announced a new target date.
- The closest official statement came in February 2026. When DefenseScoop asked why AARO had not released unclassified reports (explicitly noting both the then-unpublished FY2025 annual report and the second historical volume) or briefed reporters for more than a year, Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough replied: “We have nothing to announce at this time.” She provided updates on the overall caseload (over 2,000 reports) but offered no rationale specific to Volume II.
- Acting Director Tim Phillips, in a March 2024 press briefing, reiterated that the historical work was ongoing and that Volume II would incorporate information acquired since 1 November 2023. No subsequent public updates have explained the multi-year gap.
I'm not joining your cult. However, if there are free cookies, I may visit your meeting for a few minutes.
I'm not wearing the weird hat, though.
In my opinion, religion is sometimes used as a weapon when it's invoked to condemn others based on traditions that are unproven and plausibly false. The lack of fairness in this scenario is extreme. And it’s a weird blind spot that many of us have.
Don’t become such a huge UFO people critic that you forget to look in the mirror and acknowledge your own shortcomings.
Being a critic can be like a drug. It can make us feel special and blind us to our faults.
Your shit stinks too.
Goerge Knapp reports that in the jellyfish UFO video, the part that you don't see is that the jellyfish goes underwater for 18 minutes, and then pops out.
We didn't get to see that part of the video. Why? Drop it in a future PURSUE release. That would be so helpful.
@StephenM
I assess that UFO disclosure will give humanity medicine in a way no spiritual path, religion or scientific perspective ever could.
Because it will humble us and force us to have more epistemological humility.
“Knowing” the truth doesn’t accomplish that.
We are so much better at seeing the bad in others than we are at seeing what needs fixing within us.
Maybe that’s why we love celebrity gossip so much.
if not, you have to buy me a luxury chocolate chip cookie
The number of #UAP files/info released will greatly ramp up over the next few months and they will be much more intense/interesting.

This is the fifth report of an anomalous “black triangle” UAP in the PURSUE releases.
The acting director of AARO confirmed that this morphology is one of two that stumped the USG.
And, I’m well versed in “scientific measurement” of UAP (e.g., Gimbal).
This fixation with the downfall of podcaster Ethan Klein seems dubious.
Yes, what he did was horrible. But, are we really elevating civilization by spending so much time on it?
What about our own faults and flaws that we are not properly addressing in our own lives?
Our greatest responsibility is us.
The most irresponsible thing the UFO legacy program has done is prevent humanity from being prepared for unpredictable Open Contact. An event that may even be likely.
Reflecting on this, should anyone be sympathetic to their so-called caution about what disclosure could do to society?
Let's not forget what UFO whistleblower David Grusch said when he first came out:
“Grusch said it was dangerous for this “eighty-year arms race” to continue in secrecy because it “further inhibits the world populace to be prepared for an unexpected, non-human intelligence contact scenario.”
Disclosure would inoculate us from this profound disruption, but the legacy program doesn’t seem to get it.
No, I don't think Jay Stratton and his family are fabricating what they saw. Or that they are all delusional.
I don't rule it out, but I find the idea that this is most likely questionable.
Most people don’t have these kinds of "paranormal" experiences. And most people don't have these kinds of delusions either.
But the entire Stratton family just happens to be delusional or LARPing?
I'm not convinced. There is no reason to assume they all lack credibility.
You could make the same argument about the Ruwa Zimbabwe 1994 case. The 60+ kids were all delusional that they saw a saucer land and grays come out of it? And, by the way, they are still adamant that it happened even up to the present day.
Ultimately, if there is a spiritual or mystical dimension to reality, then at least some people are experiencing it, even if it's not well understood.
Phenomenal campaign

I've become convinced the real goal is to increase the reach of the UFO issue 1% at a time.
It's a slow, safe, and stable approach.
In that sense, the "where is the real evidence?" diatribe is part of the plan.
This is what they want. A slow build up of discussion so that by the time a serious figure confirms key data points, everyone has already digested it.
Your book will catapult to #1 after my deep dive.
Trust the plan.
Very proud to share that my memoir, Out of the Shadows, has debuted at #2 on the NY Times Best Sellers List. Thank you to everyone who has read the book and recommended it to friends and family. And thank you to everyone who helped make this book possible!
