Last year we shared the extremely sad news of Lelia Duley's passing. Lelia, an Associate of CLL Support, was passionate about the patient voice being heard and she helped in so many ways to promote awareness of CLL and champion meanigful patient involvement in CLL research.

CONGRESS | #EHA2026 | PRESENTATION Christopher Fox presents results from the phase III EPCORE DLBCL-1 trial of epcoritamab vs investigator’s choice CIT in patients with R/R LBCL (n = 483). Epcoritamab improved IRC-assessed PFS vs CIT (median PFS, 3.5 vs 3.0 months; HR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.60–0.92; p = 0.0059), with 24-month PFS rates of 30% with epcoritamab vs 13% with CIT. OS was not significantly different and was confounded by COVID-19 mortality and greater use of effective subsequent therapies in the CIT arm; unadjusted median OS was 11.3 months with epcoritamab vs 10.3 months with CIT (HR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.77–1.20; p = 0.7285), while post hoc adjusted median OS was 16.7 vs 9.5 months, respectively (HR, 0.76; 95% CI, 0.59–0.99). CR rates were 38% with epcoritamab vs 26% with CIT (nominal p = 0.0032), median DoCR was NR vs 10.8 months, and median TTNT was 6.6 vs 4.3 months, respectively (HR, 0.62; 95% CI, 0.50–0.78; p < 0.0001). Grade 3–4 TEAEs occurred in 76% of patients receiving epcoritamab vs 79% receiving CIT, serious TEAEs in 69% vs 32%, Grade 3–4 infections in 30% vs 12%, and fatal TEAEs in 17% vs 6%; in the epcoritamab arm, any-grade CRS occurred in 53%.
