Loved my conversation about AI and spirituality with @DeepakChopra, my dear friend of 40 years, at @ProjHealthyMind's #WorldMentalHealthDay Festival. We're at this incredible inflection point in which AI is surpassing us in intelligence, but far from being a defeat, I think it’s actually a hugely valuable opportunity. We can use this time to finally focus on what truly defines us as humans, which was never our intelligence or our IQ, but our consciousness, our soul, and our spirit. And if we do that, it opens up so many new possibilities.
