Update. New day, new tasks. Another update coming soon. 1. I built in a “why are you leaving” screen that pops up before the confirmation of account deletion. In hopes that if it happens again, I can gain some understanding on why. 2. I’m going to pause on reaching out via email to users for now. I think it may scare them and make them uncertain about their privacy. So will set up a feedback pop up that appear for people on a 7 day streak. Any other tips or advice is greatly appreciated 🙌❤️

I’m actually devastated.. I had a new user sign up about 6 days ago and they were using my app consistently and was on a 5 day streak 🔥 Now.. Within the past 3 hours. They not only deleted the app but deleted their account.. They’ve just disappeared and I have no idea why 😩

Should I be celebrating?? 🤔
