A man in Michigan was arrested yesterday for allegedly threatening to kill FBI Director Kash Patel.
Anthony Daniel Palazzolo allegedly threatened to kill an associate and then directed another threat to Patel by saying, "dead mf too."
He also allegedly threatened to sodomize a government official.
He allegedly told law enforcement he sent the messages and apologized for it.
He also claimed he had "no intent to harm anyone," according to the criminal filing.
Palazzolo has a prior 2018 charge after making a false bomb threat.

After his first release, he is alleged to have RAPED a 13-year-old girl. He was released a second time.

On June 7, representatives for Schumer and Senate Majority PAC told reporters flatly that they had no ties to Dan J. YESTERDAY MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JOCELYN BENSON ASKED THE COURT OF APPEALS TO UNDO THE JUDGE'S TRO IN AN "EMERGENCY APPLICATION."

Our answer, in one sentence: Benson's emergency application to appeal "asks leave to destroy the evidence while the court decides whether destroying it is lawful."
Benson never even asked the trial judge to pause the order first. The reason? It "would not be expedient."
Guess what? Michigan's court rules say you can't ask the Court of Appeals for a stay unless the trial court decided one first.
It's like math. You can't skip steps.
So she's ALSO asking the Court of Appeals to waive the rule for no good reason.
What the Judge's TRO costs the Department: ONE memo telling clerks not to delete.
What clerks face without the Judge's TRO: a federal law that punishes willfully failing to keep election records with up to a YEAR in federal prison.

Imagine if Democrats won Congress, declared the Supreme Court didn't count anymore, ignored its rulings for 3 years, and then, a year before the next election, picked 8 new justices of their own, including a man their leader called his "right-hand man," and when the Republican president refused to swear them in, they swore themselves in and mailed him the paperwork, and when the Chief Justice said that wasn't legal and wouldn't seat them, they waited for a Friday night when the president was on a plane to Africa and had federal security officers who answer to a Democratic cabinet member walk 7 of them into the court through a back gate connected to the Democratic leader's own offices, where one of them announced she had "suspended" the Chief Justice, a move that even a law professor who openly can't stand him said had no legal basis, and then riot police blocked the Chief Justice from entering his own court, the court's website was taken over, the Attorney General moved that same night to strip his immunity so he could be prosecuted, the president had to turn his plane around mid-flight to come home, and the same people who spent years lecturing everyone about respecting the courts went online to say this was the rule of law, that it was painful, and that there was "no other way," which is roughly where Poland is tonight.
