🤕Injury prone
🤷♀️Unmotivated
😢Depressed & anxious
😓Drowsy & poor ⚡️energy

This little run between @CoachJoeyG & @pntrack sounds like so many conversations I've had with coaches like @FSUSWrestling & @EmoryWilhite. This whole episode is gold.

My philosophy has always been you can judge a sprint program by its 4x100. Good sprinters can come and go but if your relay stays consistent you have a good thing going!!

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES:
Don’t listen to “them”!!
- go to prom!
- take a break!
- play multiple sports!
- rest! (and not just physically!)
- no, you don’t have to go to that showcase to be “seen”…it’s 2022!
- ALL “levels” have value!
- don’t let clout hunters steal your joy!
