Drove back from preseason nationals (wrestling) Sunday and headed straight to our facility after 10 hours on the road. Had @PrestonLobliner do one of my favorite squat progressions. All for 3 sets of 5 reps: Slant Board SSB Squat SSB Squat SSB Box Squat Progress in weight each set into the next squat variation. Then rounded it out with some single leg and hamstring movements.

They're putting PROTEIN in EVERYTHING now. Cookies. Chips. Cereal. Candy. Ice cream. Look, I'm a HUGE believer in eating 1g of protein per pound of body weight. But putting 15g of protein in a cookie doesn't magically make it HEALTHY. The problem isn't protein.
