During tonight’s Falcon 9 launch of Starlink, the second stage engine did not complete its second burn. As a result, the Starlink satellites were deployed into a lower than intended orbit.
SpaceX has made contact with 5 of the satellites so far and is attempting to have them raise orbit using their ion thrusters.

NASA has terminated today’s spacewalk due to a water leak while the astronauts were in the airlock.
US EVA-90: With the Quest airlock down to vacuum and the outer hatch open, Dyson and Barratt switched their spacesuits to battery power ~845am EDT (1245 UTC) but a moment later, Dyson reported "water everywhere," apparently coming from an airlock fitting; the astronauts have reconnected their suits to station power; not yet clear what the problem is but today's spacewalk has been called off

Sirens are:
— confusing
— a relic of the Cold War
— inconsistent and therefore largely meaningless in what they signify
— prone to failure
— only to be heard outdoors
— a very bad thing to rely on; have an actual way to be notified of warnings
