How is modern American capitalism filled with so many low quality leaders constantly failing upwards into more senior positions?
Wasn't capitalism supposed to weed out these individuals? And only reward performance and execution?
I have my theories of how we got here....
There is no better tech buddy bonding than complaining about confusing product direction, unscrupulous sales behaviour or weak tactical execution of misguided strategy....all while masking our alcoholism through social drinking.

Why is there not an age limit on politicians? We don't let people vote until they're 18. We don't let a president less than 35. How are we okay with senators at the age of 89?
