A good, attractive manager can change everything for a football club
That’s where building a winning team starts.
Xabi Alonso isn’t just a brilliant coach; his presence, philosophy and ambition can attract elite players who want to play under him
A lot of our signings this past window reflect the power of having a manager players genuinely want to work with.
Players don’t just buy into the club’s project; they buy into the man leading it.
That’s the kind of influence Xabi Alonso have brought to Chelsea #CFC

🚨🔵 Chelsea need to do everything possible to keep Josh Acheampong. 💙
The boy is improving with every game, and you can see the quality he has. He's confident, strong, mature for his age and not afraid to compete.
Chelsea have a special talent on their hands, and with interest from other clubs, they cannot afford to take his future for granted.
Give him a new long-term contract, trust him with more minutes and let him grow.
14 successful tackles in the Premier League this season.
Josh has the potential to become a top defender. Chelsea must make sure he's part of their future. 🔵

ALEX SCOTT vs YASIN AYARI: CHELSEA, HAVE WE LOOKED AT BOTH? 👀
Reports suggest Bournemouth could demand £100m for Alex Scott, but Brighton's Yasin Ayari deserves serious consideration too.
📊 SciSkill rating: Ayari 110.0 | Scott 98.8
📈 Potential: Ayari 125.5 | Scott 119.9
💰 Estimated value: Ayari €35.9m | Scott €55.8m
These are estimated values, NOT confirmed asking prices. Brighton's price for Ayari is unknown.
Scott is a talented midfielder, but Ayari could offer better value.
I know the response: “Brighton again!” 😂
But shouldn't Chelsea explore every smart option before committing £100m? 💙

Madueke is about to shine as he steps in for Saka.
The man will successfully dribble past himself, the corner flag and an open pitch, yet somehow stumble his way into dragging Arsenal to a title.
He’s chaos wrapped in an ego but if his brain catches up with his feet for five minutes, the Gunners might actually survive.

Mikel Arteta, at this point, I don’t care who you sign, and I don’t even want to hear the names.
Just go into the January transfer window and make sure you sign TWO WINGERS. NOT ONE. TWO!
Our attack is crying for help, and we cannot afford another window of excuses and missed opportunities.
Get it done please! 💯🔥
