I want you to see what America is really taking. This is not a random sample. This is the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey. The most comprehensive prescription dataset in the United States. Published by the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. 256 million antidepressant prescriptions filled in a single year. 206 million for statins. 83 million for metformin. 71 million for GLP-1s. 69 million for opioid painkillers. About 1 in 12 of every prescription filled in America is an antidepressant. We are the most medicated country on Earth. And it is not close.

This morning, I sent a letter to all public-use airports in Florida addressing the state’s new ban on weather modification. This landmark legislation marks another victory for health, freedom, and environmental protection in Florida. We expect full cooperation from our airports and will take swift action to ensure compliance if necessary.

24 States move to ban geoengineering our climate by dousing our citizens, our waterways and landscapes with toxins. This is a movement every MAHA needs to support. HHS will do its part.

Senator Ileana Garcia Introduces Florida's Weather Modification Bill SB56 to the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Environment and General Government on 3/18/25 Transcript: Thank you, Mr Chair and esteemed committee members. I'm here to present SB56 a critical Bill prohibiting Geoengineering and Weather Modification activities within Florida. The bill insurers that our atmosphere and climate are protected from unauthorized interference by individuals, corporations or other entities seeking to manipulate weather patterns or sunlight intensity. The legislation repeals outdated statutes related to Weather Modification licensing, and establishing also a clear prohibition on the injection, release or dispersion into the atmosphere for the purpose of altering weather conditions. It also strengthens penalties for violations and provides a mechanism for public reporting of suspected illegal activities. This bill aims to safeguard Public Health, Environment Integrity, and Florida's natural climate by ensuring weather modification does not occur without oversight or accountability. In this bill, the prohibition of geoengineering and weather modification explicitly bans the injection, release or dispersion of chemicals, substances or devices into the atmosphere to alter temperature, weather patterns, or sunlight intensity in Florida. The prohibition applies to individuals, private corporations and public entities ensuring that no one engages in these activities without legal consequences. Anyone found conducting unauthorized geoengineering or weather modification will be guilty of a second degree misdemeanor, subject to fines up to $100,000 for violation. Each instance or violation is considered a separate offense ensuring accountability for repeat offenders. All collected fines will be directed to the air pollution control trust fund supporting efforts to maintain clean air and environment health. Reporting mechanism- recognizing the importance of community oversight is the essence of this bill. The bill allows residents to report suspected geoengineering activity. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will establish a dedicated online portal, email addresses, phone line for individuals to report violations. DEP is required to refer reports to the division of Emergency Management Services for further investigation. The bill grants the DEP Authority to develop rules to ensure effective ban enforcement. These rules will establish reporting procedures verification methods and enforcement mechanisms to hold violators accountable. A repeal of outdated Weather Modification Statutes as well. The bill repeals several sections of Florida Law related to outdated Weather Modification licensing and Reporting requirements. These statutes were originally enacted in an era where weather modification was seen as a potential scientific tool but they no longer serve a practical purpose. The repeal ensures that Florida adapts to Modern environmental concerns and eliminates any ambiguity regarding the legality of Weather Modification. And that is the bill. @senpizzo @IleanaGarciaUSA @jasonbrodeur @SenatorAMR @FLSurgeonGen @AGJamesUthmeier @GovRonDeSantis @G_W_Forum
