Parents' rights advocate Kelly Walker (@RealFreedomTalk) is sounding the alarm over the DOJ's 273-PAGE WEAPONIZATION REPORT, arguing it falls far short of delivering justice to parents targeted under Merrick Garland's DOJ.
Walker says families have LOST JOBS, HOMES, AND EVEN FACED JAIL TIME and yet the retaliation STILL continues.
"Who's been fired at the DOJ? Who's been called to the carpet?"
He's demanding IMMEDIATE RESTITUTION, INVESTIGATIONS, AND ACCOUNTABILITY for officials involved.

🚨 BREAKING: Trump DOJ official caught on tape calling conservative parents “terrorists” over email demanding accountability
In a stunning leaked recording, a top legal adviser to @DAGToddBlanche - former judge Vance Day - referred to conservative parents as "terrorists" and declared: "We don't negotiate with terrorists."
The remark was made in response to a December 23rd email from parents demanding action by January 15th to address alleged DOJ inaction and misconduct. The email, described by insiders as a "desperate plea" for accountability, was instead interpreted by DOJ officials as a threat.
That label was directed at a group of conservative parents pushing @TheJusticeDept to investigate what they say is ongoing government weaponization against families, whistleblowers, and dissidents.
They were later warned not to go public or they would “suffer consequences.”
According to sources, following that meeting (which referenced an active investigation) DOJ officials blocked further action after removing @EagleEdMartin, former head of the DOJ’s Weaponization Group.
A White House source confirmed:
“Todd Blanche didn’t tell the White House he was removing Ed [Martin] from the Weaponization Group,” - despite @POTUS Trump personally appointing him.
Kelly Walker joined Emerald Robinson to expose what he called internal sabotage against conservative parents:
“This isn’t a threat, it’s reality. Angry parents will show up. We’ve begged DOJ and the Trump administration to act… Parents have taken their own lives.”
@RealFreedomTalk also revealed DOJ leadership told him directly: “Don’t expect any justice from DOJ… You can sue if you want to.”
As Blanche faces mounting scrutiny, the deeper concern is this:
Biden-era holdovers and entrenched insiders are rotting the DOJ from the inside - sabotaging Trump’s agenda while hiding in plain sight.

Five years ago, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued an infamous memorandum at the urging of the National School Boards Association and White House officials, directing the FBI and United States Attorneys to consider looking for a federal hook to prosecute parents exercising their right to free speech.
Today, we are releasing the “Report to Expose the Weaponization of Government Against Parents in Schools” which details Weaponization of the Department against these parents — from attempting to get the National Security Division involved to ignoring repeated warnings from employees that leadership’s actions could be unconstitutional.

I will never regret challenging the mask mandate imposed on children in Utah's Granite School District in 2021.
Being dragged through the courts for two years, legal fees, the ostracizing from family and “friends”, being put on a no -fly list, being no trespassed from my children’s school district building, having an arrest warrant out for my arrest, and much more, was all worth it.
I just wish I would have done it on day 1 of the SCAMdemic.
BREAKING: @TheJusticeDept just released a MAJOR report detailing how Biden's DOJ investigated and targeted parents who spoke out against school boards during COVID, labeling them as potential "domestic terrorists."
Examples include a mother who was investigated for being a "gun owner" and belonging to a "right-wing moms' group."

I’m not either of those categories, but I’ve been troubled for some time at DC “Golden Age” party culture. I’d not be as bothered by it if we didn’t have so many victims of weaponization continuing to struggle while the EOs and promises have gone unfulfilled and the criminals who made our lives hell under Biden walking free. David, I talk with people every week who are suffering immensely—people who held the line and stood in the gap. Posts like that are sending the wrong message.
I’ve been to DC so many times since 2023 to advocate for these people and I’ve seen it for myself.
It’s a problem, and it needs to be fixed.
George Santos got a pardon right away, but people like @MikeC0921, @keonne/@leamuirleyn and many more have pardon requests that are ignored; targeted parents have gotten zero help, and J6ers continue struggling to survive. I like @Georgesantos and he was given a bum deal, but MANY of us were; is George fighting for us?
No MAGA left behind has to include those not in the DC circles, or it’s just propaganda.

Jim Jordan drops a 57-page report accusing Jack Smith and the Biden DOJ of trying to tilt the 2024 election with public disclosures of his probe's findings.
The report alleges DOJ's own Public Integrity Section warned subpoenas to lawmakers could be unconstitutional but approved them anyway, calculating there was little "litigation risk" because the gag orders would keep lawmakers in the dark. Members of Congress were reportedly unaware of the surveillance for more than two years.
Jordan says Smith's team "ran roughshod over key constitutional protections" and broke protocol by releasing a massive trove of alleged evidence weeks before the 2024 presidential election to sway public opinion. The report also claims Smith privately admitted to then-AG Merrick Garland that lawmakers "likely have a valid Speech or Debate privilege" — but Garland gave his blessing to proceed anyway.

For many years, I dedicated almost everything I had to this fight. And if I’m being truthful, my personal life suffered because of it.
I believed I was fighting for the people I love for their futures, their freedom, and the kind of country they would inherit. I don’t regret that time or the sacrifices I made. Not for a second.
But somewhere along the way, God reminded me of something I needed to hear: the people I was fighting for needed me, too.
My family. My friends. The people I love. My health. My peace. My own life.
I’m still in this fight, and I’m not walking away from what I believe in. But I learned that the fight cannot be allowed to consume everything worth fighting for.
When I finally started putting my health, my well-being, and meaningful time with the people I love first, my life changed. It led me to my fiancé. It brought more peace into my life. More happiness. More balance.
There is a time to fight like hell for what matters. But there is also wisdom in recognizing what matters most. I spent years fighting for a future.
Now I’m making sure I actually live in the present with the people I was fighting for in the first place.
