Nenshi failed Calgarians.
While Nenshi was busy making himself the highest paid mayor in Canada with a double pension and building vanity projects, Calgarians got property tax increases, a broken water main and three-minute showers.
That's called negligence.

Nenshi was briefed on the concerns, yet the warnings never made it to city council.
Years later, Calgarians are dealing with the disastrous Bearspaw water main failures, not once, but twice.
Residents were forced to boil their water and ration their water use. Meanwhile, the man who led Calgary for 11 years has blamed everyone but himself.
Now, Calgary families are facing water bills projected to DOUBLE over the next three years, exceeding $200 per month.
Nenshi wants to lead Alberta. He can’t even keep water running for Calgarians.

🇮🇳🛬🇨🇦🏗️ : If you want to know why Canadian wages are not keeping up with inflation, just remember, the Liberals have given out 700K work permits for foreigners to come work in Canada.
It's pretty hard to get a decent raise when the government is happy to replace Canadian workers, with a much cheaper overseas work force.
Add DEI + government subsidies. It's pretty easy to realize Canadian workers are paying taxes to be squeezed into poverty.

Nenshi knew about Calgary's water problems, but kept the report hidden from his own Council.
That's because HE wanted to build winter bike lanes and host drag queen story sessions at the Library.
That wasn't bad enough.

1⃣ In the next 5 years, OAS payments will rise 32%, debt interest up 60%. "We can't control, have to make up the revenue for them."
2⃣ By 2030, 1 in 3 dollars spent will be on defense & debt interest.
3⃣ While spending is detailed, projected revenue increases are not. Crown corporations are expected to increase their revenues by 20% annually.
😬 "I have no idea how they are going to get that out of crown corporations...they are not known to increase revenues 20% year-on-year...when the bond rating agencies look at those...at the end of the day, if we can't get those projects going & see those revenues flowing in the next 2 years, it ain't going to be pretty."

For those who never got to experience @nenshi up close, the more pissy he gets, the more guilty he is.
He starts by saying, he doesn’t remember the specifics of this report & he looked at millions of reports, then he gives specifics about the report when he says it was about cost ratios so apparently he does remember.
This is all classic Nenshi, he did this every single time he was caught lying as Mayor.
