FNB REVEALS WHY SMALL FIRMS FAIL TO SCALE South Africa has no shortage of entrepreneurs, but many businesses struggle to grow beyond the start-up phase. Experts warn that scaling a business requires different skills, systems and structures than those needed to launch one. Many founders remain trapped in startup mode, handling every aspect of the business themselves, which can limit growth. Large contracts and new opportunities can also create serious risks if a business lacks the capacity to deliver. Successful scaling depends on strong processes, careful financial management and a clear understanding of customers. Banks and business partners have a key role to play in helping entrepreneurs build sustainable, resilient businesses that can grow, create jobs and strengthen the economy. Same as catholics (main book is the missal) , Christ embassy (main book is rhapsody) …….and many other cults we grew up in. The Bible is just a front used to deceive members into believing they are worshiping Christ the messiah!
ZCC members don’t believe in the bible, the bible they read or carry it simply for "vibes".

Construction company Concor, 100% owned by the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) and the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), has filed for voluntary business rescue, with up to 3,400 jobs on the line. Concor has just R15,000 in immediately available cash and receivables, despite receiving approximately R1.87 billion in funding from the Public Investment Corporation (PIC). *BusinessTech

I don't think @MYANC will ever begin to fathom how damaging their Secretary General has been to their brand. Is there really no one in this entire movement who can firmly advise Mr Mbalula to be quiet? Just for a few more days? Or give him a sedative? Nothing?
“Potholes will be there because we live in the situation of a climate change there are rains water the the streets get washed out” ANC SG Fikile Mbalula “We are not talking something that you know is falling from the sky we talking about what government is going to do to help” @MbalulaFikile

For three decades, you have promised to build a South Africa that is “better for all”. But somewhere along the way, the meaning of for all got lost and the struggle became increasingly about you, your comrades and the privileges that come with power. You became arrogant, disconnected and out of touch with the very people you were elected to serve. The blue lights, bodyguards, government positions and VIP treatment got into your heads. You gradually forgot that public office is a responsibility, not a reward, and that leadership is about serving people, not looking down on them. You prioritised everyone else (investors, foreigners and international interests) while neglecting the ordinary South Africans who entrusted you with their votes. We watched your fellow comrades boast about having the option of taking a shower at a hotel when there was no water at home, while ordinary citizens were expected to endure hours, sometimes days, without water flowing from their taps. You failed to maintain the country’s infrastructure and allowed criminal mafias to establish themselves in spaces where the state should be firmly in control. You ratified international treaties and agreements without adequately considering their long-term implications for our economic sovereignty and development. You turned government departments, municipalities and SOEs into territories of political patronage rather than institutions of public service. I could write until tomorrow about the opportunities wasted, the institutions weakened and the promises betrayed. But perhaps the greatest tragedy is that you reduced the meaning of democracy to the act of voting every five years. You forgot that democracy does not end at the ballot box. It lives in the quality of water coming out of people’s taps, the safety of their neighbourhoods, the jobs they can access, the dignity with which they are treated and the confidence they have in their government. South Africa was never meant to be a country where a select few enjoy the fruits of democracy while millions are left to survive on promises. I hope that one day you will pause, look beyond your positions and privileges, and honestly reflect on what you have done with the trust of the people. History will not judge you by how long you stayed in power, how many blue lights escorted you or how many positions your comrades occupied. It will judge you by whether the lives of ordinary South Africans became better because you were entrusted with leadership. There is still a country worth fighting for, a democracy worth protecting and a future worth building. But that future must put ordinary South Africans back at the centre of everything. The people were never meant to serve those in power. Those in power were elected to serve the people.

That warlock called Lekganyane’s day is coming. It may look like dementia in our eyes but it’s deeper than that. Lekganyane has captured many people, he controls many minds that’s how he captured South Africa,he is one of satan’s most trusted agents when it comes to our territory
How about ZCC ? 👀

Most IT girls date rich men for money, then come to social media and mislead young girls into thinking they make their money from brand deals, podcasts and YouTube. The other day, I asked what Mihlali and Boity do. Before the Kagiso saga, I also asked what Cyan does, and people said she is a DJ who makes money from brand deals. My question is simple: What do these women actually do to afford their expensive lifestyles? I was watching Podcast and Chill, where Lerato Kganyago’s husband said Blue Mbombo pays R115k a month for a rented house. Again, what does Blue do? When MagG speaks about this, he is accused of hating women. When Penuel raises the same issue, people attack him. We had Khanyi Mbau, then Faith Nketsi, and now Cyan. I’m using people we know as examples, but there are many more. My issue is not with women dating rich men. That’s their choice. My problem is that young girls are being misled into thinking these lifestyles come from brand deals and content creation, when there may be more to the story. I’m worried about young girls because they seem to be easily influenced by fake lifestyles on social media. I saw a young girl praising Thuli Phongolo for travelling, living large, and not needing a man who will drain her. But I ask myself, how do we define success when someone gets only one or two gigs a month? These girls see the luxury but never ask where the money comes from. Sometimes, wealthy men are funding these lifestyles. Look at Amanda Du-Pont and her current man. Would he get the same attention from an ordinary village girl if he wasn’t rich? My concern is that young girls are starting to admire expensive lifestyles without understanding the reality behind them. We need to teach them to value real success, hard work, and financial independence, not just money and luxury. Young girls see these women as their role models , and everyone make them believe that all the lavish lifestyle is earned through content creation and brand deals , which is not true . Dear young girls , GO TO SCHOOL AND GET YOUR DEGREES.

Wanting the title without taking on the responsibilities that come with it is another form of witchcraft. Leadership carries responsibility. You will be held accountable for your actions, and yes, you will be scrutinised so integrity is not optional.
