As it turned out, a group of hitmen from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine travelled to Vienna to kill former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Kravchenko.
They went there posing as journalists from the publication “Ukrainska Pravda”.
I will only note that journalists from “Ukrainska Pravda” appeared in Monaco shortly before employees of Ukraine’s military intelligence blew up Ukrainian businessman Yermolayev there.
Ukraine’s military intelligence and its hitmen, who were sent to kill me on at least three occasions as well, feel completely at ease in Europe.
Everyone pretends that this is perfectly normal.

NEW: ICE confirms to @FoxNews that their Seattle office has arrested a Kenyan illegal alien who is a current employee of the Washington State Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families, and was wearing a WA DCYF jacket at the time of his arrest.
Fox is told ICE arrested STANLEY ROBERT KUNGU MUTHEE during a traffic stop on Monday because he is a visa overstay. He first flew into the US on 2/6/2019 via a B-2/tourist visa, but never left and remained in the country illegally. Fox is told that during his ICE arrest, he admitted to being employed by WA DCYF employee and was in possession of a WA DCYF ID card.
I reached out to WA DCYF for comment, and they confirmed he's been an employee since 2024.
“This individual has been employed with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families since Aug. 16, 2024. The individual provided the appropriate documentation when he was hired, which indicated he was authorized to work. This included a valid United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) number with no expiration date. We have not been notified of a change in his status.” – Nancy Gutierrez, Director of Communications, WA DCYF
A reminder - a work permit does not convey legal status or shield the recipient from deportation. Someone can be in the U.S. illegally, but if they file an asylum claim, they are typically eligible to apply for a work permit 6 months after filing their claim. They can work, but they are still detainable by ICE due to their unlawful status.

They are not "random" countries.
The removals are to third countries that have entered into agreements with the State Department to receive aliens who have withholding of removal to their home countries but have no legal basis to remain in the U.S.
Whether they have been given work authorization or not is irrelevant to their Final Order of Removal.

Zelenskyy is blaming Donald Trump for not sending enough air-defense missiles. But it’s the fifth year of the war. Where is Ukraine’s own air defense?
Why has Kyiv spent years promoting the Flamingo — an attack missile that barely hits its targets and functions more as a political slogan — while failing to produce systems that actually protect civilians and infrastructure?
Every time the situation gets critical, Zelenskyу points the finger elsewhere: at Ukrainian men who don’t want to fight, at those who left the country, at one Western leader after another. Everyone is responsible except him. In reality, he holds the power and sets the foreign policy.
Five years in, Ukraine still lacks sufficient air defense and protection for its people and critical infrastructure. Personally, in the fifth year of the war, my questions are directed only at Zelenskyy.

One of the greatest problems with America’s strategy during the Iran War is that it is driven by people be with intense hatred and anger towards Iran, and those with dual-loyalty to Israel.
Neither of these are conducive to the production of accurate and realistic analysis and assessment that drives strategy.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the US military has taken our Patriot Missile Defense System out of Texas and sent it to Israel in preparation for a new round of combat operations against Iran after the midterms.
At the same time, the Intercept reports that "top defense officials are expressing increasing worry about the vulnerability of U.S. bases around the world and even within the United States..."

The doctrine of criminal liability based on "aiding and abetting" is well established in federal law.
There is a Ninth Circuit Jury Instruction that defines it.
Employ your own analysis to see if you think it would apply when a state official is told "If you send Person X a ballot, and they vote, their action is in violation of federal law."
The crime cannot be committed without the facilitation of being sent a ballot.

Let's say there is a federal requirement that gun dealers do background checks and the feds give a list to a state of gun dealers it suspects of not complying with the law. Are state officials who ignore that list aiding and abetting the commission of a crime?

As the video started - I assumed it was just another crazy woman in the military ranting by herself. Nope.
She's in her commander's (guessing Squadron by the rank but who knows) office doing this in front of the very person, and his staff, who has UCMJ legal authority over her.
Not knowing any of the background, I doubt this will end well for her. A straight jacket may truly be the best thing for her at this point. Insane.... 🤨
This also serves as a good reminder of my long time recommendation to DOD/DOW that all military members be banned from creating any social media content in uniform without command or PAO approval.

Liberal Richard from Syracuse here was walking past a Tundra truck in a Winn Dixie parking lot in Stock Island FL and didn’t like the let’s go Brandon sticker on it so he keyed it. Bad news for Richard it was all caught on video, and the owner is pressing charges.
Here is the cop confronting, and arresting him.
Apparently, he did about $6000 worth of damage which makes it a felony.
Sometimes they do get caught and it’s wonderful!

And there you have it.👇 The answer to why Ukraine’s brutal forced conscription continues: men being dragged from their homes, snatched off the streets, seized in cafés and hospitals, and shipped off to the front lines to kill and be killed.
Because nobody wants to join the army voluntarily. Nobody.
Not even with fixed terms of service and attractive salaries.
A mere 8,500 people have signed contracts with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. That is not a recruitment success story. It is an absolute, humiliating failure.
And when recruitment fails, only one option remains: coercion. Blind, brutal, merciless coercion.
Call it what you will. Terror is another word for it.
Funded by European taxpayers. Cheered on by those chanting “Slava Ukraini!” with all the fervor of a fascist rallying cry.

The moment is approaching when the West must accept its defeat in Ukraine. President Trump is determined to bypass Volodymyr Zelensky, who has formed alliances with criminal organizations that oppose the United States. The Russian army continues to advance. Elon Musk, who has prohibited the use of the Starlink network for attacks and killing, has now throttled its bandwidth in Ukraine. Russia is on the verge of achieving its military objective. The question remains: what will the Europeans do to mask their failure? sott.net/article/509140-The-…

🛑 The Sheriff Who Locked ICE Out of Her Jail Got Caught Doing 95 in a County Car With No Lights or Siren 🛑
Monterey County Sheriff Tina Nieto has been pulled over by CHP three times, and the dash cam is brutal.
March 7, 2024, Highway 101 in South Monterey County, where the limit is 65. The officer tells her, "your speed of 95 and then when you passed my partner you were still at 92." She was on duty, in uniform, in her county-issued car. She wasn't answering an emergency.
The officer asks if she was running code 3, meaning lights and siren. Her answer: "They haven't upgraded my vehicle yet." No lights, no siren, 95 mph.
She drove away with a warning. "This is the second time I stopped you for your speed," the officer told her. "I don't know what it's going to take to slow down."
The first time was September 2023, the same stretch of 101. That time she was off duty in her own car at 95 and weaving in and out of traffic at about 90. She told him she wasn't feeling good, and she got a warning.
Then in May 2024 she was pulled over again for speed, in uniform. She refused to show her license and told the officer, "Call your supervisor here." After a supervisor showed up she left with another warning, and the first officer said he almost had the citation finished.
Three stops, three warnings, zero tickets. Her own statement later admitted, "I should set a better example for my community."
This is the same sheriff who says her hands are tied by the law when it comes to ICE. Apparently the speed limit is more of a suggestion.
If you or I did 95 in a 65 twice for the same officer, would we drive away with a warning?
Monterey County Told ICE to Leave Its Own Jail
Federal agents showed up at the Monterey County Jail in Salinas for a targeted operation. County officials told them to leave. When the agents refused, the sheriff locked the whole jail down instead of cooperating.
According to KSBW, the agents were stationed behind the jail on Tuesday. An agent on camera called it a targeted operation involving people at the jail.
A small crowd of Loudmouth Lupes showed up to yell at the agents to leave, and some of them were shouting profanities. The agents held their ground.
The sheriff's response was to suspend new bookings, stop inmate releases and close public visitation. The sheriff says the office was not notified and cited SB 54, California's sanctuary law, which limits how much local law enforcement can work with ICE.
In September, Monterey County supervisors adopted a policy that bars ICE from using county property as a staging area. It has exceptions for judicial warrants and criminal enforcement.
So a county would rather shut down its own jail than let federal immigration agents do their jobs on its grounds. Who does that protect?
Should counties that lock down jails to block ICE lose their federal funding?

Dolores Huerta Dead at 96. Her Legacy Is Open Borders and Division.
United Farm Workers co-founder Dolores Huerta has died at 96, her family announced.
The legacy media will call her a civil rights icon. But in her later years she became one of the loudest voices for open borders, spent decades pushing amnesty for illegal aliens, and openly said "Republicans hate Latinos" in a 2006 speech to Tucson high school students.
Here's what they won't tell you. The union she co-founded with Cesar Chavez once fought illegal immigration because illegal labor undercut American farmworkers' wages. The movement she ended up leading pushed the opposite.
Will you shed a tear?

It is impossible to hold Democrats, their foot soldiers, or their double dealing allies accountable in Washington DC. That should have been obvious when Russiagate hoaxer Andrew McCabe escaped indictment over his leaks, or when two Clinton campaign operatives, caught red handed spreading Russiagate lies, were acquitted by juries in DC and Alexandria.
This is simply the reality, and there is no point continuing to play along with the fiction that anything resembling an impartial legal process exists in D.C. It doesn't. If you're a Republican, you're presumed guilty. If you're a Democrat, you're automatically innocent.
The first step is to acknowledge this reality and abandon the pretense. Then you can start addressing it, and there are various ways to do so, ranging from legislative measures to practical decisions about where prosecutions are brought.
Just look at how Democratic prosecutors went after poor Douglas Mackey in a jurisdiction with which he had no connection, just because they knew they could get a jury that would deliver the verdict they wanted. Why can't Republicans ever learn to do the same?
Breaking news: A grand jury rejected the DOJ’s attempt to indict former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson for the account she gave lawmakers of President Trump’s actions during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, according to people familiar with the matter. wapo.st/4jFAkbz

If they don't have jobs - then I want an explanation of how they are get by?
We don't need them - they are of zero benefit.

Prosecutorial discretion says otherwise.
And evidence of the actual crime is in the form of the evidence of a ballot actually cast.
That's why I expect GJ subpoenas to start being sent to all 58 County Clerk's in California asking for the records showing a ballot was cast by every person on the list.
Replying to @shipwreckedcrew
If the DOJ believes there's "a high probability" that any of the people on this list are fraudulently registered, it's their job to arrest and prosecute them. Threatening California officials in order to try and commandeer them is just a waste of time and resources.
