UPDATE: The three Ethiopian nationals facing attempted murder charges after allegedly assaulting a South African man in the Durban CBD until he nearly died two weeks ago returns to court this morning to apply for bail.
They bail could not be heard last week after the Investigating Officer asked for time to go to Home Affairs to verify their immigration status in the country.
