Peptide trust tier list A tier: a lab report you looked up yourself B tier: a COA that matches your lot number C tier: real people who tested the same vendor D tier: "my buddy's been on it a year" F tier: the vendor's own COA Still going back and forth on B and C. Pretty sure half this app is living in D tier though Be honest, which one are you

Not changing my name to Retzoundi Unfiltered. I'll tell you that much It'll always be reta around here
#Retkouro and #Retzoundi are the likely branded names that $LLY has chosen for the most anticipated metabolic drug launch in human history. (based on relevant Lilly trademark filings) #onthepen

Last week I said most of the BPC-157 research is on rats. Got told I was wrong a lot Superpower just mapped 152 peptides. BPC: 35 of 36 studies in animals or the lab Great library. Now somebody build one for what's actually in the vial
We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library. Every peptide, mapped to the body. 152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act. Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering: - the evidence and how strong it is - its FDA status - it's mechanism of action - what studies in humans have found Because not all peptides are equal. Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab. Know the science before you buy the hype. Check it out here: superpower.com/guides/peptid…

Can confirm with my own DEXA. First 4 months, about a third of what I lost was lean Last 4 months, fat kept dropping and lean held The muscle loss is real. It's also not a given
But what is the downside of glp-1’s You have to understand how these drugs work. They aren’t burning fat directly. They work through modulating appetite and satiety signals. Fat loss happens through eating less So what are the long term risks? The risk comes down to eating too little. Not eating enough protein and losing muscle and bone density. Basically it all stems down to undereating. This is why you must eat the correct calories, protein and quality food. And you must use the right dose that allows you to still hit proper calories. And you must shift into maintenance calories when you hit desired leanness. And of course. If you want to look great you must lift heavy to maintain and even build muscle as you strip off fat

Muscle loss on a GLP-1 isn't a GLP-1 problem It's an eating and lifting problem The drug kills the hunger. It doesn't eat your protein for you or pick up the weights

My visceral fat is down 55% since February 4.57 lbs → 2.05 lbs That's the fat wrapped around your liver, kidneys and gut. The kind your scale can't see The lab says 1.1 or lower is ideal. Under a pound to go If you're only tracking the scale, you're missing the number that actually matters

People will drop $20 on a vial without blinking Then call a $250 lab test "too expensive" That test is the only thing telling you what's actually in your fridge Cheap vial, expensive test. that's the real price

"24% weight loss" is the most misread number in this whole space It's an average. averages hide a lot Almost nobody checks how long the study ran, who dropped out, or what the placebo group did Most people quoting it never opened the study

Most of y'all aren't scared of bad peptides You're just scared of finding out yours is bad Hours picking a vendor. $0 checking what actually showed up I'll take a bad lab report over a good guess every time If that's not you, tell me what's in your vial right now

Saw someone say food noise doesn't exist. I used to think that was bullcrap too Then it went quiet and I realized how much of my day was just thinking about food. i'm a foodie man, I didn't even notice

Did y'all know most of the bpc-157 research is on rats, not people? Not saying it doesn't work. just saying we don't really know yet in people
