In Ontario Canada Hep B vaccine birth dose is offered to babies of infected mothers or with special risk factors. All other children are vaccinated at grade 7 (age 12). When ACIP recommended similar policy @nytimes & @apoorva_nyc voice the scare narrative of disaster. And guess what in Ontario they believe the science that indicates that Hep B is transmitted through blood exchange and not through casual contacts…

Whenever data don’t support the narrative, they use data-free scare models! Yet another @nytimes hit piece citing @AnnalsofIM simulation study, arguing that postponing Hepatitis B birth dose for babies of mothers who are tested negative to Hep B will cause significant harm.. Looks more like a planned hit piece on the new (stayed) ACIP and @SecKennedy than serious science. Very easy to uncover the grossly biased model’s assumptions: 1) Ignore the fact that the recommendation to postpone birth dose applied only to women who are tested negative (not ones not tested). 2) Assuming that the newly recommended policy by ACIP of shared decision making will lead to only 50 percent vaccination rate. 3) Assuming community infection prevalence and horizontal infection rates grossly unrealistic to the vast majority of US households/families. What the study does not do is to validate the model against real data from the many developed countries that don’t have birth dose, including parts of Canada. Data-free models can give you any results you wish to have… Equally importantly the model assumes no harm from giving a baby medical intervention on the first day of life…

A well-done paper @AACR journal shows strong evidence that prior work suggesting survival advantages of pre mRNA vaccination in cancer treatment is largely an artifact of confounding and biases - not real clinical benefits. One has to wonder on the review process of the prior work… “Together, these findings indicate that the previously reported vaccination survival advantage is largely explained by selection bias, with patients who had more favorable prognoses more likely to receive the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination, particularly in the early pandemic.” “In a reanalysis of published data and in an independent cohort, after adjustment for multiple confounders, SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination did not improve immunotherapy-related survival in patients with cancer.”

Traditional ACIP mostly unanimous votes were made behind closed doors, based on vendors proprietary data not exposed to the public! Striking disclosure in conversation between @jeremyfaust & @DrJeanneM. They want us to trust the heavily vaccine vendors supported @IDSAInfo! As the chair of ACIP COVID-19 Immunization Products Workgroup since June 2025, I was stunned to learn that there is no documentation of any meeting of the workgroup during 2021-2022! NONE! For 2023-2024, there were one page summaries that had minimal information that didn’t even include who was present in the room! This is what they call a ‘scientific’ trustworthy process… The past workgroup had 70 members mostly representatives of financially conflicted medical associations… And there is no evidence of any proprietary data that were used, nor do I believe it is ethical to tell people to vaccinate without revealing the data used to support the recommendation!

Incredibly unethical newly published @CDCgov recommendations of COVID vaccines for healthy babies, children & adults! When @FDA has documented cases of post vaccination children deaths and the risk of myocarditis peaks between 16-24: Who will be responsible for the harm caused? I wonder how many of the CDC, FDA & @HHSGov career staff and the physicians pushing these recommendations actually use these product..?

Do you think that @AmerAcadPeds insists on pushing recommendations to vaccinate every 6 month old baby for COVID because they care about Americans, or perhaps because they care about their funders @pfizer @moderna_tx @Merck & @sanofi? Sweden and Denmark don’t offer COVID vaccines to children with rare exceptions based on careful individual medical evaluation and prescription by pediatrician! No other country recommends these vaccine to healthy babies & children and it is not authorized by @FDA!
