Is the Minnesota GOP genuinely building a competitive, statewide governing movement, or is it simply selecting a candidate to carry the party banner into another difficult election? Because there is a difference between offering a candidate a genuine opportunity to win and handing someone a campaign, a microphone, a collection of talking points, and a prayer.”

SAINT PAUL: 700 block of 6th Street East - Homicide investigation underway after shooting leaves one person dead.
Saint Paul police officers are investigating a shooting on the 700 block of 6th Street East where one person has died. A police presence remains in the area at this hour and additional information is expected from authorities soon.
The Republican Party here in Minnesota are afraid to come into the black community because they would rather keep their Base happy.
