Dear Mainstream Game Industry,
Thank you for everything you taught me.
You introduced me to worlds, systems, and experiences that shaped my life. From the earliest arcades to modern engines, I’ve spent decades exploring what interactive media can become.
For a long time the industry felt like a place where builders gathered.
Designers, engineers, artists, storytellers. People who believed that games were one of the most powerful creative mediums humanity had ever invented.
But over time something shifted.
The focus moved from building worlds to managing intellectual property. From experimentation to risk mitigation. From creative collaboration to financial optimization.
That evolution may make sense for corporations.
It no longer makes sense for me.
The tools are changing. AI, automation, and new development pipelines are opening doors that used to be closed to independent creators. Small teams now have the ability to build things that once required entire studios.
That’s where the future feels alive again.
So this isn’t a goodbye to games.
It’s a goodbye to the idea that meaningful work in this medium has to happen inside large corporate structures.
The next generation of games will come from builders who are willing to experiment again. People who are willing to combine craft, technology, and imagination in new ways.
That’s the direction I’m heading.
I wish the industry well.
But I’m not waiting for permission anymore.

Asked @ChatGPT to fill a room with what it knows about me.
This is 1 example why I will never vote Democrat in the future, these people are petty, spiteful little bitches who do not care about Americans; only their pride and ego.
Sprint progress.
This sprint we shipped public Search and Video, rebuilt Character Forge and Character Home, added save/resume to the Singularis browser prototype, and stopped idle audio from wasting bandwidth.
15 merged updates. 520 passing tests.

I've been processing the election results, and I think Republican leadership, especially here in Texas, seriously underestimated the American electorate.
I voted Republican across the ballot, with one exception. I voted Democrat against Dan Patrick.
I'm not a Republican. I lean libertarian, I'm agnostic, and I believe in individual liberty, limited government, personal responsibility, and fiscal accountability.
Yet Texas Republicans preach limited government while restricting personal freedoms. Federally, we've seen tariffs increase costs, a struggling job market, continued economic pressure, and promises of transparency that haven't met expectations. The war in Ukraine continues, and now we're involved in a costly, prolonged conflict with Iran, despite promises to keep America out of new wars.
What exactly are Americans getting in return?
At 50, after 25 years in technology and entertainment, I've experienced firsthand how difficult maintaining a career and financial stability has become. And it's certainly not for lack of effort or willingness to adapt.
I don't think Republicans lost touch with voters. I think they underestimated how much government overreach, economic instability, foreign intervention, and unfulfilled promises people would tolerate.
Supporting conservative principles doesn't mean blindly supporting Republican politicians. An R beside your name isn't a blank check.
I don't see this election as Americans necessarily abandoning their political principles. I see voters demanding accountability.
Government works for the people, not the other way around.
While American voters are focused on those issues, the democrat politicians are really only focused on ONE thing. xitter.gq/RepRobertGarcia/status…
As predicted.
Replying to @Mikez2026 @GuntherEagleman
Gonna be hilarious if he wins; I see nothing but talarico around Austin; Dan Patrick needs to burn in hell
nah its fucked, thc was evil and it cost the republicans @DanPatrick is to blame
Republicans are going to lose this cycle and I point to @DanPatrick @realDonaldTrump you all are out of touch with reality.

Very few releases have my interest anymore, this is one.
