Last month, I spent some time with Douglass Mackey documenting his story for the Counterlawfare Institute. It was a very moving conversation, as have been all my conversations with victims of lawfare. These people were so badly wronged.
Now that we're hearing about the absolute corruption behind Mary Peltola’s Alaska ballot scheme, I can't help but think over and over again about Douglass and what was done to him.
For those who may not recall the details, Douglass retweeted a very funny meme that he hadn’t even created. He had simply come across it elsewhere, after it had already been shared thousands of times. Yet he was the one singled out for retribution. The allegation was that he had disenfranchised voters by convincing them they could vote by text message (frankly, if you believe that, you probably shouldn’t be voting in the first place). Anyway, after pouring massive resources into the case, the FBI wasn’t able to find a single voter who had actually been prevented from voting. Not one. But Douglass was charged anyway.
And because Democrats went jury shopping, Douglass was sentenced to seven months in prison. It was only through sheer determination, excellent lawyering, and help from Charlie Kirk that he eventually managed to get his conviction overturned.
And now we have the Peltola operation, which involves a grotesquely cynical scheme to confuse Alaska voters by recruiting another candidate named Dan Sullivan. There is no meme or joke, just a cunningly calculated plan to actually manipulate an election in Peltola's favor.
Will she get seven months like Douglass? It should be more like 70 months. But she'll probably get nothing.
Douglass Mackey is the victim of perhaps the most textbook case of lawfare ever seen, and one that sits directly at the intersection of lawfare and free speech. Counterlawfare went to meet him and document his story for the record.

The purpose of this interview was to sabotage the presidency of the incoming President and of course Obama did it while issuing fake calls for unity.

60 Minutes built a whole segment around a Malian man deported after 25 years, on the premise that he'd be persecuted back home.
His original claim was that he was gay. He wasn't. The basis of his claim was fraudulent from the start.
Immigration lawyers coach their clients to lie, and journalists keep taking these stories at face value. Abrego Garcia was the same story.

What did I hear?
1. Trump hears us. He is paying attention to those on the outside. We just need to get really loud & call the White House. Tell them we know the systems are irredeemable & we want paper poll books, secure ballots & the had count method.
2. If some states or counties will Voluteer to hand count before certification it will exposed. Money is available for counties that want to do that.
I hope many take up the mantle. AZ certainly will not volunteer & will not allow it.
3. She is “in negotiations” to stop the theft before it happens
“if you knew there were people that were going to fly into the twin towers, would you wait until after they flew into the twin towers?”
Put aside that yes, our intelligence knew & let it happen - the sentiment is to catch the thief before they cheat.
She said we just need the people in the different agencies to make the different findings.
She also stated there are obstructionists but a lot of good people in government.
There appears to be a plan that she is not at liberty to discuss.

The NYT reported that Alaska Democratic Senate candidate Mary Peltola’s campaign helped recruit a second Dan Sullivan as a spoiler candidate to siphon votes away from incumbent Republican Senator Dan Sullivan.
Turns out Mary Peltola’s attorneys were also involved.
Who represents Mary Peltola’s campaign?
Marc Elias’s law firm.
This is @RobGouveiaEsq providing background on the NYT story, followed by Marc Elias on October 23, 2026—the day after the DOJ filed its lawsuit in Alaska—discussing how his law firm was going to intervene in the case.
Notice Marc’s framing: The Trump administration is picking who wins the election, not the voters, etc.
Marc never mentioned that an attorney from his law firm was reportedly involved in the effort to recruit the second Dan Sullivan as a spoiler candidate.
This is a case study in how corrupt Marc Elias is and how he propagandizes his brainwashed true believers.
Can someone please file a bar complaint against Marc Elias and the other attorneys involved? It’s the least that should happen to these people.

A look back at my final months at Fox.
This memory popped up from 10/28/20 when I rammed through a story on poll workers who were causing elderly people to vote for the candidate they didn’t want.
My boss had said let’s not cover that, but I demanded it be covered. Then when it was time to air the story, my team threw every covid hamper in the book at me to try to sabotage the story before it aired.
(This video is my very private snapchat where I used to tell immediate family what was really going on.)
This was Fox Houston, and yes Fox Corp the owner company did not want anyone questioning election integrity nationwide. Snuff out these stories if at all possible.
After Election Day 2020, Newsmax surpassed Fox News in ratings for the first time as millions turned off Fox nationally and locally.
So Fox started acting more “conservative” but the same leadership is there, and they do not care whether you get to cast your ballot for the candidate of your choosing.
A reminder that I’m glad to be free of the compromised corporate news.

Reports from Ohio Somali TV, the local Somali news station in Ohio reported in Somali about how Amy Acton @amyactonoh, Sherrod Brown @SherrodBrown, and Munira Yasin Abdullahi @muniraforohio were speaking at a polling location in Columbus.
Remember, Columbus is home to the second largest Somali community in the United States, just behind Minneapolis.
With this fact in mind, it's obvious that Democrats like Acton and Brown are banking on the Somali vote to win their elections in Ohio. ✅Dominion’s technology originated in Venezuela and was developed for Hugo Chávez to rig elections.
✅Smartmatic became Dominion through corporate transactions, carrying election-manipulation capabilities into U.S. elections.
✅Systems allowed administrators to override security and that weak security extended manipulation capabilities to foreign actors.
✅Dominion machines used an algorithm that weighted one candidate’s votes more heavily than another’s.
