Let’s go through the peace deals Zelenskyy rejected.
• Istanbul agreement, 2022
Ukraine needed to refuse NATO accession, reduce the army, Russia would withdraw from the Kyiv reg., possibly from the Kharkiv, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions. At that point the scale of destruction was still limited and the number of dead was far lower. In April 2022 Zelenskyy declined the deal.
• End of 2022
Russian forces withdrew from part of the Kherson region. Zelenskyy traveled to meet Biden and, acc. to my sources, later confirmed by Mr. Blinken in the New York Times, persuaded the WH to continue the war. The precise terms of any proposed deal remain unknown, but sources indicate there was readiness to declare at least a ceasefire.
• Beginning of 2023
Through unofficial channels between the United States and Russia, an understanding took shape: Putin agreed to withdraw to the borders that existed before the full-scale invasion—freeing nearly everything conquered that year—in exchange for Ukraine’s refusal of NATO accession and recognition of Crimea as Russian. Zelenskyy and Yermak refused. Since then nearly a million people have been killed or wounded, several million have become refugees, parts of the Kharkiv, Sumy, and Dnipropetrovsk regions have been occupied, more of Zaporizhzhia has been taken, Kherson lies in ruins, the Chernihiv and Sumy regions face constant shelling, Kyiv itself has become almost a front-line city, the energy system has been destroyed, businesses cannot operate, exports have stalled, and the country is degrading.
• July 2024
An arrangement that began with an energy ceasefire, modeled on the Istanbul understandings and mediated through the Middle East. While negotiations were under way, Zelenskyy also planned the Kursk operation, which ultimately disrupted all the arrangements.
• March 2025
After the Oval Office clash between Trump and Zelenskyy, European leaders gathered in London in early March. The British government stated that a number of options were on the table and that Ukraine had to choose. As always, nothing came of it.
Whether Putin was prepared each time to implement any agreements remains unknown, yet on several occasions he carried out what he had promised. Does this remove his responsibility for the deaths, the horrors, and the destruction in Ukraine? No.
But the country is degrading, the state apparatus is degrading, and corruption finishes what Putin’s missiles, drones, and bombs did not destroy. Inhumanity has effectively become a state strategy and a national ideology promoted at every turn.
Ukraine simply cannot win this way—there are neither economic, nor demographic, nor any other grounds for it. Therefore, if Zelenskyy does not agree to a deal with realistic terms now, Ukraine will be forced to capitulate. And that is deeply alarming, because it can actually cost the country its independence and sovereignty.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
In April 2022, talks failed after Russia demanded a veto over Ukraine's security guarantees. In Sept 2022, Russia annexed 4 Ukrainian regions, refusing pre-2022 borders. The Aug 2024 Qatar talks only covered a partial energy strike halt, which Russia postponed.

When Labour was a party of the British working class, not a party serving globalists, it and its supporters argued for
- Dignity and Stigma-Free Support: Universal access to pensions ensures that older people receive support as a matter of right rather than a handout. Means-testing often creates social stigma, which can prevent vulnerable or elderly citizens from claiming the help they are entitled to.
- Administrative Simplicity and Low Cost: Means-testing requires continuous tracking, auditing, and verification of individual income, savings, and assets. A universal system drastically cuts down on bureaucratic overhead, compliance costs, and administrative delays
- Shared Social Stake: When a benefit like the state pension is universal, it maintains broad public and political backing. If a benefit is restricted or targeted only at the poorest, it risks losing political support from the middle and upper classes, which can lead to underfunding or erosion over time.
- Compensation for a Lifetime of Contribution: Proponents argue that citizens contribute to society and the economy through decades of general taxation and social participation, earning a baseline public return in retirement regardless of how successful their private or occupational investments were
- Addressing Gender Disparities: Women are significantly more likely to have fragmented work histories due to caregiving responsibilities (raising children or looking after elderly relatives), leading to a persistent gender pension gap. A universal or foundational non-means-tested structure helps protect those who spent years in unpaid labour

You really don't understand do you. You think this kind of shouting negates the science;
1. Folate (found abundantly in certain foods) has a different chemical structure than folic acid and therefore reacts and interacts with the body differently.
2, The only people in society that need supplementing are pregnant women.
3. There are many groups of people for whom folic acid is harmful and the list includes:
- People with Vitamin B12 Deficiency Anaemia or Pernicious Anaemia: High doses of folic acid can correct the blood-related symptoms of a B12 deficiency (megaloblastic anaemia) while failing to stop progressive nerve and spinal cord damage, leading to permanent neurological issues.
- Individuals with a History of Certain Cancers: High-dose synthetic folic acid supplements may promote the growth or recurrence of pre-existing cancer cells, particularly in individuals with a history of prostate or colorectal cancer.
- People with a Coronary Stent: Folic acid supplements have historically raised concerns or interactions regding cardiovascular outcomes in specific patient groups with stents or active heart disease management; medical supervision is required.
- People with a Known Allergic Reaction: Anyone who has previously experienced an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction to folic acid or any inactive ingredient in the tablet or liquid formulation.
- Children Under 12 Years (with Multivitamins): Multivitamins combining other ingredients with folic acid are generally not recommended for children under 12 unless specifically prescribed by a paediatrician. [1]
- Individuals with MTHFR C677T Polymorphisms (at high synthetic doses): Genetic variations like MTHFR can impair the body's ability to convert synthetic folic acid into active 5-MTHF, leading to a buildup of unmetabolized folic acid (UMFA) in the bloodstream when high quantities are consumed.
Because I am a scientist and you are not, references for all of above; NIH, NHS, Healthline. Perhaps do some proper research before jumping on a bandwagon and hope you don't get a cancer that folic acid can exacerbate (High-dose synthetic folic acid supplements may promote the growth or recurrence of pre-existing cancer cells, particularly in individuals with a history of prostate or colorectal cancer)
