The BEST way to pick up the Left Texas Two-Man stunt in #Madden27 is surprisingly simple. 🛡️
The most consistent protection was:
1️⃣ Half Slide RIGHT
2️⃣ Double Team the actual Stunter
That's it.
The stunt was getting picked up on the overwhelming majority of reps, with it only coming through around 2 out of every 10 plays.
And if that protection ever isn't working for you, there are still other counters:
• Double Team the Stunter + ID the Edge
• Leave Pass Protection on OFF
• Drift or roll LEFT, especially with a left-handed QB
But the Half Slide + Double Team combo was clearly the best starting point.

This Match Coverage can completely CAGE the 5 WR Tight META in #Madden27. 🔐
Start with Cover 4 Quarters or Cover 9 and set your Stack Coverage Check to TRIANGLE.
Then create a Cover 2 Match shell on the strong side:
1️⃣ Vert Hook the Slot Corner
2️⃣ Soft Squat the Outside Corner
3️⃣ Deep Half the Safety
4️⃣ Put your User in a Mid Read
5️⃣ Set the Soft Squat to Conservative
This is especially nasty against Mesh Post.
The Mid Read cuts off the deep Post.
The Vert Hook carries the Drag.
The Soft Squat + Deep Half bracket the Wheel/Flat.
And on the Triangle side, the Quarter Flat can jump the incoming Drag while the Outside Quarter takes the route breaking out.
Instead of chasing every route manually, Match rules do most of the work for you.

This is the BEST way to make candy… (cpu event)
Get into tier 3 and play through pushing you to tier 4. This grants 2000 candy.
From there play one game and QUIT out of game two. This grants you 2500 candy.
This is 4 half games in total or 2 full games. This takes around 25 minutes each run therefor letting you complete nearly 2 and a half times a hour.
Math:
2.4 x 4500 =10,800

-Grab the Safety manned up to the HB and stand between the Defensive Tackles
-Run towards the TE side at the snap, and swoop in to tackle the HB (Watch Video)
