The DA talks about broken pipes and dry taps as signs of failed leadership.
But this weekend at the Hout Bay Sports Complex, basketball practices and soccer matches were taking place without any running water or access to toilets.
Young people and community members using the facility were left without basic services.
That is the reality behind the DA’s slogans.
