THIS IS LAILA — JUST TWO WEEKS APART. 💔❤️ When she was abandoned at our shelter, her body was so badly affected that we couldn’t even show you the worst of it. Daily medicated baths. Treatment. Good food. Endless care. And now look at her. 🥹 She is healing — but she still has a long way to go, and once strong enough, she needs to be spayed. But Laila is just ONE. We receive cases like hers — and often far worse — constantly. Weeks and months of medicines, food, tests and nursing follow every rescue. And right now, our shelter desperately needs help carrying them. Could YOU sponsor Laila? Or could 5 or 10 people carry her together? Please don’t scroll past her recovery. Help us finish what we started. 🙏❤️ 🌐 tawf.org.uk/donate Please donate. Please SHARE. We cannot keep saving them without you. 🐾

Ruben was born in a private zoo in the mountains of Armenia. When the zoo’s owner died, the facility closed. The other animals found new homes, but nobody came for Ruben, a 10-year-old lion. For the next six years, he lived alone in a concrete cell. His roaring gradually stopped. Those who checked on him heard only an occasional cry. Eventually, Animal Defenders International (ADI) stepped in and arranged to rescue him. Ruben was moved to a bear sanctuary in Armenia for treatment. Years of poor nutrition and almost no exercise had left him weak. His legs trembled when he walked, and veterinarians suspected spinal problems. Because his transport crate was too large for a regular flight, a cargo airline generously flew him to freedom at no cost. On August 23, 2023, after approximately 15 hours in the air, Ruben arrived at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary in South Africa. For the first time in nearly six years, he could hear and see other lions. And then something beautiful happened. Ruben began roaring again. The sanctuary staff say his roars have been growing louder ever since. His new enclosure includes grassy slopes and a shelter with heated floors. Staff even gave him a bag of catnip, which he happily played with for a long time. Ruben still faces serious challenges. Cataracts cloud his eyes, and sometimes his legs give way beneath him. He will need specialized care for the rest of his life. But now, he is no longer alone. He lives among other lions, enjoys the sunshine, and has finally found a place where he can feel safe. After six years of silence and isolation, Ruben’s roar has returned. And this time, the world is listening.

The awful comments hurt my heart. Yes she was young (the average age of Battle of Britain pilots was 20), but she kept her composure and communicated while banked 60 degrees, nose down, falling 20,000 ft in a 100 seconds. Only at the end did she lose it. Who wouldn't? Be kind 🥺

My medical licence was suspended in November 2025. For 15 months. As a result of my advocacy for Palestine. At the behest of the UK pro-'israel' and zionist jewish lobby. Today, I had my second six-monthly review with the @gmcuk and @the_mpts. For my submission, covering any updates since the last review in May 2026, I told the panel: - 4,797 Palestinians have since been murdered by the jewish occupation in Gaza. 1,490 of them were children. That is 31%. - Bombing and massacres occur daily. - Palestinians continue to be held hostage, kidnapped, and tortured. - 'israel' continues with impunity, without justice for the Palestinians or the British citizens they massacred. The GMC counsel described me as 'unrepentant' in my social media activity, giving this as one reason to continue my suspension. I affirmed that I am indeed unrepentant in speaking out against the genocide and the system of supremacy that the UK government continues to fund and arm. That is anchored in my belief in the sanctity of life and the belief that God created all humans equally. The suspension continues, of course. The GMC will have to apply to the High Court in February if they want to extend it further. I miss my job and career. I miss practising medicine, caring for patients and the British people. My words, spoken or shared, were against their crimes. Their barbarity. To be unrepentant in this is my duty as a human, a Muslim, and a doctor. Free Palestine and Britain from zionism 🇵🇸🇬🇧

A mother and her baby desperately need your help. 💔🫏 Today, an elderly donkey arrived at our sanctuary with her baby boy, barely a year old. Her condition was horrifying. Both ears were severely swollen and infested with maggots. Deep holes had formed in both shoulders, with bone visibly exposed. The cause? The very harness meant to protect her. Its broken fittings and enormous exposed screws had been digging into her bones. Imagine the agony this poor old mother endured! Her owner came only for treatment. We begged him to admit her, but he refused. After heated arguments, he finally agreed—provided he could take her baby to pull the same deadly cart that had destroyed his mother's body! The baby is far too young and tiny even to fit that cart. I couldn't allow it. After shouting, pleading and involving local villagers, we managed to keep them both. Then came the most beautiful transformation. ❤️ Look at them outside our gates—terrified, heads lowered, eyes closed. Now look at them just minutes inside! The baby found himself surrounded by donkeys his own age, like a child arriving at a playground with a football, delighted to find so many friends! His elderly mother walked straight to the food trolley, eating so confidently and peacefully, as though she'd lived here forever. This was barely ten minutes after arriving! Outside our gates, fear and suffering. Inside, safety, friendship and peace. This is the life they deserve, not that deadly cart. But their freedom is only temporary. 💔 The owner may return tomorrow demanding them back. He doesn't want a motorised cart, as he only uses his donkey to collect fodder, not for business. This elderly mother can never return to that harness, and her baby is far too young to work. We must secure their permanent release. Please, can you help us save them for good? We urgently need sponsors for their treatment, food and ongoing care, and possibly funds to negotiate their legal release. Even £5 could help. Please donate, sponsor them or share their story. They deserve a future together, free from suffering. ❤️ Donate: tawf.org.uk/donate I'm sorry I couldn't add English subtitles or a voiceover today. It's been an incredibly busy day, so I've shared their story here instead.

A major investigation has uncovered an Israel-linked, three-year disinformation operation designed to spread Islamophobia, anti-migrant hatred and far-right conspiracy theories across more than 30 countries. The operation spent £6.12 million generating 800 million advertising exposures across social media platforms. The UK was among the worst-affected countries, with 154.1 million exposures, followed by France (120.6 million), the US (99.7 million), Italy (76.2 million) and Germany (34.3 million). These campaigns include claiming that there's an Islamic invasion and Muslim countries are buying European buildings and converting them into mosques. In the UK, 61% of comments sampled on targeted Facebook adverts expressed support for Islamophobic views. Think about that. Millions spent deliberately exploiting prejudice, spreading conspiracy theories and turning Muslims into scapegoats and to dehumanise them. The Nazi regime also ran a massive, state-sponsored propaganda and disinformation campaign.

Winter preparation at our sanctuary. ❄️ Today our rescued donkeys are being measured for their winter gowns—but this is only one small part of what we need to do before the bitter cold arrives. 🐕 More warm beds & blankets for our dogs 🔥 Central heating work 🏠 Weatherproof coverings for the dog shelters 🫏 Warm gowns for our rescued donkeys 🪵 Firewood stocks for the coldest nights 🐾 Warm, protected spaces for hundreds of rescued animals Preparing an entire sanctuary for winter is a huge undertaking, and we cannot do it alone. Please help us get them ready before the freezing nights arrive—and please share our appeal. ❤️ Winter Appeal: tawf.org.uk/winter-appeal-20… Donate: tawf.org.uk/donate

I'm a doctor in the UK with Palestinian family. I spoke out against genocide and jewish supremacy. My medical licence was suspended. Dr Eastland Staveley, a jewish GP, said he didn't shoot enough babies in Gaza. He is practising medicine freely in Britain. They proved my point.

The historic photograph, titled "An exhausted sweated labourer", was taken around 1890–1910 in London, England. It shows a young mother collapsed in exhaustion over a table after a long day of piecework, with her young child sleeping on a pallet or coat on the floor beneath her feet.... Around 1900, thousands of poor families in London’s East End made matchboxes at home. Factories handed out flat pieces of wood and paper, and families folded, glued and stacked the boxes by hand in their own cramped rooms. The pay was brutal. Workers earned only a few pence for every gross, or 144 boxes, and they often had to buy their own glue and string. One investigator in 1892 found a family working from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, earning about four shillings and sixpence for the whole week. Children were part of the work too. Older kids folded and glued alongside their mothers, while younger ones sorted pieces or carried finished bundles back to the factory. This system was known as “sweating,” because middlemen squeezed profit out of the lowest-paid workers in the city. Photos like this one were used by reformers to show the public what life looked like behind closed doors. In 1909, Britain passed the Trade Boards Act, setting the country’s first minimum wages for some of the worst-paid industries. In 1888, about 1,400 women and girls at London’s Bryant & May match factory walked out on strike over low pay, harsh fines and dangerous working conditions. They won, and their strike helped launch Britain’s modern union movement. #archaeohistories

CBS is now complicit with their horrible coverage of the Amy Acton attack ad. Hasan Piker rightfully pops off. This is fucking horrible: "Why are you saying 'allegedly?' There is no need to say 'allegedly.' It was proven in the courts. It is not alleged. Oh my god! It is documented. There's court documents, it's not alleged. What the fuck is happening, @CBSNews? What are you doing? This is what happens when the Ellisons purchased this goddamn news company, by the way. I need you to fucking understand. This is how the moral rot and the moral decay sets in. It happens in the darkness. It happens when you're not paying attention. He [Amy Acton's stepfather] was charged. He escaped the state."
