Out of 7 riders this season( which we hope soon to be an 8 man squad) Spirit will have 5 Under 23s this season. We are trying extremely hard to develop the young talent available to us going forward. Each of our riders receive kit , a race and an exact same spare bike plus other help and benefits. This model we are so proud of and what we offer along with a great race program. The stewardship of our Manager and lead DS @JoshParkin4 is the key. Josh is Spirit to the core A massive thanks to all those who make this happen.
